Ape Monsters falling for the trap

This ability allows the chieftain to lay traps to ensnare wild animals.

Traps is the Tribal stage consequence ability for getting the Carnivore trait card in Cell stage.


Your Chieftain will set up a trap and walk away, and animals will then gather around it. After a short while the trap will release a poisonous gas that will kill the Creatures instantly, and your tribe members can gather the meat. If any baby creature dies to the trap, the corresponding species will be permanently hostile towards the tribe.

This is the carnivore version of the Refreshing Storm ability. It also works on epic creatures.
