Thru Mission[]
The description says to explore 20 non plantary systems. What are they? Black holes, proto planetary disks? Mrb10
I was wondering what they were also, and I think you might be right!
In order to become a scientist through mission find any unvisited galactic objects such as protostars, blackholes, binaries etc. Wormulon 16:37, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Possibly led by the most skilled Scientist, or a Council of Scientists. In an old episode of Doctor Who, the forrunners of the Daleks have a Scientific Elite. --Liquid Ink 07:22, September 4, 2009 (UTC)
A meritocracy, with merit being scientific skill or achievement, seems quite likely. However, just so we consider all the possibilities, I can also picture all scientists participating in a direct democracy via some kind of network like the internet. I don't see non-scientists participating in such a thing. I'm also led to think about Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, where a similar society was run like a university (that was in fact the name of this society), with the provost of the university being the head of state. Aaaand... now I've commented on the governments of all the philosophies. Yay! ComradeJim270 01:06, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
Adventure[]
I think The TX-5000 Super Weapon mission is very similiar to Metal Gear Solid games, you use stealth to get into a base and try to destroy a bipedal super weapon.Yagomus 16:36, September 14, 2009 (UTC)
Trivia Section[]
As I pointed out in my edit summary, having a trivia section is fine, but personally I feel that the content must be verifiable, and as such what I've removed has yet to be verified, which is why I removed it. As such, the content in question would be better as speculation rather than trivia, but so far I've not seen many article with speculation sections. ChrisGJ777 21:52, January 14, 2010 (UTC)
Are scientists the athiests?[]
Are scientists the athiests of the spore galaxy? After all they do mention that prophets nor mystics gave us tecnology. So maybe they are the athiests of the spore universe!
- The Books of Science state that empires of the scientist philosophy only deduct their conclusions through the scientific method, rather than using a system of faith. Parts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 especially. Just so you know, that discussion pages are for the article itself, not general Spore speculation, those should go on the forums. Also sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~), it makes discussion easier if more users get involved.
