Nocturmathos the Moon was the second of the dragoliths, the progenitor of the Lunar Dragoliths, and the middling sibling of the Dragon Gods. Like Solusvasthis and Choroanthomos, Nocturmathos was a primordial dragon that was chosen by Narazen’s Mother Soul to channel the powerful primordial magics of the early world, becoming the primeval draconic god of the moon, who ushered in the arts of selenomancy. Nocturmathos and Solusvasthis were very dissimilar in personality, while Solusvasthis had the warmth and radiance of the sun and helped nurture all life under his wings, Nocturmathos had the cool and collected yet isolationist nature expected of the moon. Nocturmathos disliked being disturbed and nested far to the south of Kryonotos where he lived in an eternal polar night. Though possessed of compassion, he believed that the races of the world were fleeting and chaotic, too unpredictable and aggressive to warrant protection, and dedicated himself to studying the stars and deepening his understanding of the nature of the universe and magic. It was Solusvasthis’ actions that he grew to admire and eventually agreed to settle north to the continents of Anaeri and Horvaeri which he had made his home.

Nocturmathos was an extremely protective entity, he wished only for the safety and happiness of those who worshipped him and made their domains the domains of night. Beneath him rose the civilizations of the Moon Elves, which he grew to love as his own children much like he loved the Lunar Dragoliths that he spawned. Though not quite the ultimate champion of light and life that Solusvasthis was, Nocturmathos was certainly an enemy of all that was evil; Nocturmathos struck down his enemies with a violent and ferocious ferver and his Lunar Dragoliths waged endless war against the Abyssians and their spawn. He had made particular enemies with the evil goddess Fahriina; when Solusvasthis had ascended to Empyrean, Nocturmathos continued the battle against the Abyssians for centuries until his son death at the hands of the dark goddess.
 +
 +
Unfortunately, Nocturmathos’ death was an event that shook the planet on its most intimate and metaphysical levels; selenomancy lost its divine spark with the death of Nocturmathos, and the Lunar Dragoliths were cursed with the loss of their divine power to grow weak and be stricken with mortality, forcing them to breed amongst themselves until their descendants were warped and froze over into the Frozen Drakes. Fahriina herself tore into the intestines of Nocturmathos, and from his twisted and defiled body came the seeds of modern vampirism; corrupting the traitorous Lunar Dragolith Nocturantaasm into the first vampire, preserving his strength and beauty and becoming a champion of Fahriina.

Valnagos the Immeasurable was one of the children of Arborathos, a dragolith of such size and power that he darkened the lands under his shadow - rivalling the lunar and solar dragoliths themselves. Originally preaching of the power of nature, Valnagos took up the prefix Val- following an encounter with the great dragon god of the stars Choroanthomos, who was impressed by the dragolith's power and existing knowledge of the world that Choroanthomos had decided to offer the dragolith an offer of servitude. Valnagos was one of the few beings in existence capable of wielding the power of the stars in the form of astromancy, and acted as a preserver and guardian in Choroanthomos' stead, as the star dragon did not particularly enjoy leaving the comfort of his great astral library. Unfortunately, Valnagos' position as the servant of Choroanthomos landed the dragon in the sights of the Abyssian Lord Anshi-Anahr, who coveted the secrets of the powers of astromancy and was unable to obtain such power from Choroanthomos himself.

Anshi-Anahr would eventually slay Valnagos, who's massive body crashed down from the sky and impacted the ground hard enough to form a crater large enough to allow the ocean to flood into the continent of Maelathor. Over the centuries, Valnagos' body would be picked clean by scavengers on the ocean floor and his flesh would disintegrate in the maws of thousands of plankton, saturating the water with the decay of his body, and forming the Sea of Valnagos - the magical power from his body corrupting yet empowering the waters for great creatures of the sea to live in. The Sea of Valnagos remains a font of magical power which becomes particularly strong on new moon nights where the stars are most visible. The Sea of Valnagos remains as a hotbed for activities by the various cults that worship the god Shuliak, who's influence pollutes and corrupts the waters of the Sea of Valnagos into mutating and sickening all the wildlife and people who drink and eat its bounty.

Though the remains of Valnagos are believed to have been preserved at the bottom of the ocean, it's known that his bones retain extreme levels of magical power; though the astromancy has since faded away at the command of Choroanthomos, and the bones remain unreachable even for the Tanyiric Elves. It's believed, however, that the cults of Shuliak have managed to obtain one of Valnagos' great and many fangs.

Edyssion the Desecrated was one of the first dragoliths to be born, hatching from the essence of his father Solusvasthis shortly after he was crowned as the divine god of solar magic. Originally born under the name of Solussyion, he was much like his father - one of the greatest opponents against Abyssian influence as the various demonic gods began to make their presence known in the Mythic Era, though unlike the other solar dragoliths, Solussyion had never had much of a hatred for Shayone, of which he saw as a potential ally due to Shayone's own seeming crusades against the Abyssians that mirrored the same crusades the Celestials waged on the Abyssians. When his own powers began to wane in the wake of losing faith in the powers of the sun as a result of this, Solussyion would undergo a similar path as Choronagos and Nocturantaasm - to seek out an alternate power that would prove just as useful against Abyssian influence. Solussyion's own alternate power would come from none other than Shayone itself.
 +
 +
Unfortunately, though Solussyion would not turn to evil like Nocturantaasm, he would also not return as a beacon of prosperity like Choronagos. The power of Shayone was still a corrupting influence, a demonic facsimile of the sun, and as such it played particularly against the nature of Solussyion, tearing from him the power of the sun and instead filling him with the power of the profaned fires, heavily scarring and burning away the skin and muscle of the mighty draconic demigod until all that remained was a transformed servant of Shayone. With the loss of his solar dragolith nature, Solussyion dropped his father's name and instead chose to be known as Edyssion, known by the epithet of the Desecrated because of the extensive burning he suffered taking the power of the profaned fire. Edyssion never saw the Mythic Era to the end; he was immediately taken to Shayone's realm, and now acted as an envoy and angel of Shayone, never taking direct action as Shayone chose to empower champions in their name.
 +
 +
Edyssion is the current guardian of the Sunwalker's Razor, the keystone of the Profaned Artifacts of Shayone, and the one who determines who or cannot wield the Razor. To this end, he has empowered various champions to serve him in Shayone's name, including the famed Saint Talahrius, who wielded the Profaned Artifacts against the Fahryliac Elves, with St. Talahrius being the one who originally received the artifacts from Edyssion himself.

Nocturantaasm, the Shadowed Dark is one of the two last active true children of Nocturmathos alongside his younger sibling, Nocturaohvion. Nocturantaasm is one of the oldest still-active entities that continue to dwell on the planet, and is a major source of Fahriina's influence on Narazen in the modern day. One of the most vile entities on the planet, Nocturantaasm revels in the misery of others and the destruction of those that oppose the will of his mistress. Like his siblings, Nocturantaasm was originally a lunar dragolith in the service of his father who reigned as gods amongst the various tribal civilizations that inhabited the continent of Horvaeri at the time. Nocturantaasm was eventually and unwittingly corrupted by Fahriina's own magics, who slowly twisted his spirit into curiosity and eventually willing service to Fahriina over the course of decades. Unfortunately by forsaking his father he had accidentally allowed the use of his selenomancy to drain to nothing, leaving him near-powerless, though as the only lunar dragolith in service to Fahriina his size and power meant that he was still valued, though Fahriina kept him.
 +
 +
At the moment of the death of Nocturmathos, Nocturantaasm was the first to feast upon the corpse of his father; the dark energies from such a cannibalistic ritual causing Nocturmathos' scales to turn dark, his feathers to harden, and his antlers to grow out of control as the sun itself reviled his presence. Through the power of Fahriina, Nocturantaasm became the first vampire, the progenitor of the Kireshi bloodline of vampires, permanently forsaking the moon. Because of his extreme sensitivity to the light, especially the sun - a curse placed upon him by Solusvasthis from beyond the real - Nocturantaasm has been forced to take up residence within the vast underground tunnels that run all throughout Narazen, making his home underneath Horvaeri where the strength of his presence has twisted the land into the Isle of Anguish and caused a disease-like spread of Fahriina's corruption across the woods to his east, creating the Shadowed Woods.
 +
 +
Nocturantaasm is the indirect leader of the Baehnir Demonarchyy; though he does no leading of his own and leads such matters to their priesthood, he acts as a living conduit through which Fahriina may speak in the most dire of times, and it's through his draconic blood that the priesthood of the Demonarchy take up the mantle of Kireshi vampirism and become near demi-godlike vampires themselves. As such, the Baehnir worship him as a demigod, despite his disinterest in such matters.

The Dragon Gods, also known as the Dragolith Pantheon, the Celestial Wyrms, the Dragon Cult, and the Three, are a group of draconic deities created by the Mother Soul of Narazen that represent the sun, moon, and stars. The Dragon Gods are the first 3 dragoliths, elemental draconic beings directly given life by the Mother Soul of Narazen to embody and spread the magics of Narazen throughout the world, and act as patrons of dragonkind due to this. The Dragon Gods are the patron deities of heliomancy, selenomancy, and astromancy, the "three celestial magics" that were by far the most powerful of the elemental magic schools that each gave rise to prominent schools of magic following their gradual destruction in the Mythic Era.

In the modern day, the Dragon Gods remain worshipped, though through disparate populations and tribes. The popularity of the Dragon Cult religion has long waned in the times since the Mythic Era, and civilizations that venerate the Three as a whole no longer remain a majority. Despite this, worship of one of the Three is still somewhat common; the Nameshi, Heidric Raiders, and the Orphasians continue to worship Nocturmathos as a patron deity of the North; the Thargric Mountainholds and the Prymir Holds worship Solusvasthis as the patron of holiness and fire; and the Kellsing Dragontemple continues to rever the Three as what they were; patron deities of the skies, celestial objects, defenders of Narazen, and the long lost celestial magics. Others worship only the demigods of the pantheon; the Baehnir worship Nocturantaasm as the first Kireshi Vampire, the progenitor of dark magic, and the corrupter of the night; cults of Shayone worship Edyssion as an angel that burned in profaned fire and rose as an angel to smite the Abyssian Lords, and even Nocturaohvion has small groups of minor followers in the Everlands that believe him to be a demigod due to his status as the son of Nocturmathos.

Followers of the Three, in stark contrast to the rest of the world, view solar eclipse events with beauty and piety as the one time that the sun, the moon, and the stars can all be viewed in one place, and celebrate the eclipse.

Solusvasthis the Sun was the first of the dragoliths, the progenitor of the Solar Dragoliths, and the eldest of the three Dragon Gods of whom he saw as his younger siblings. Beginning life in the early Archaedian Era as a Ziz who was chosen by the Mother Soul of Narazen to become a deity of the sun and usher in the arts of heliomancy, Solusvasthis was among the most powerful entities who have ever walked the planet, a repository for much of the power of the Mother Soul and as such acted like her living will. Solusvasthis was dedicated to the worship of Narazen and the Mother Soul, and while his size and power was immense to easily mythical heights, Solusvasthis saw every living creature on Narazen as his own kin. An entity of deep, endless compassion, kindness, and patience, Solusvasthis deeply emphathized with the struggles of every being and did what he could to make the world as peaceful as possible. Solusvasthis helped in the creation of the other dragoliths, and it was his grandchildren that would become the first dragoliths of light and fire that would spread the knowledge of luxomancy and pyromancy respectively.

Solusvasthis greatly enjoyed indulging in the cultures of the lesser races that had appeared over the millennia. Deeply fascinated by the lives of mortal races, Solusvasthis willingly took humanoid form and personally visited disparate cultures across the planet, instilling the draconic deity with a respect and love for the life that surrounded him. It was as a humanoid that Solusvasthis chose to spread the arts of heliomancy to mortalkind and grant them the secrets of the sun for them to use and personally took the Inithaeli Elves as his favored race, his influence transforming them into the legendary Solar Elves that they were known as today. A champion of Narazen, it was Solusvasthis that first stood up against the machinations of the Titans when the Mythic Era began to dawn, and he was a being of such destructive power that the Abyssian Lords had feared his wrath and made his destruction a priority. It was said that even Maghralakan was incapable of beating the dragon god, and the battles between the two deities had caused the volcanos of Maelathor to erupt and form the Mid'nihah Archipelago.

Eventually, Solusvasthis was worn down by the chaos of the Mythic Era, and instead of choosing to lay down and die on the surface of Narazen, refused to allow heliomancy to fall to the prey of corruption that would've happened had he chose to pass on. Solusvasthis ascended to the heavenly realm of Empyrean in the mid-Mythic Era, taking his Solar Dragoliths with him, and leaving heliomancy to die off in the hands of the Inithaeli. Solusvasthis' younger sibling and counterpart, Nocturmathos, continued to battle against the Abyssian Lords until his own death milennia later in the closing days of the Mythic Era.

Unfortunately by forsaking his father he had accidentally allowed the use of his selenomancy to drain to nothing, leaving him near-powerless, though as the only lunar dragolith in service to Fahriina his size and power meant that he was still valued, though Fahriina kept him.
