The Spaceship Creator is one of the creators present in Spore. This creator allows players to design their own spaceship and adds parts such as weapons to it - although the weapons and other parts they add will not give any special attacks; they are purely cosmetic, several 3D shapes and cockpits.

As with all of the Vehicle Creator, the Spaceship Creator contains all of the same bodies, cockpits, effects, and details that a Vehicle Creator would normally have. Unlike other creators, however, the Spaceship Creator contains every part from another Vehicle Creator, as well as some exclusive space parts available in the third tab called "Space". These include different landers, grabbers, and sensory/detection devices, though none of these have any unique functions in-game.

- When hovered over, the icon in the top right of vehicle editors usually displays text that references the type of vehicle being edited e.g. religious, economic or military. However, in the spaceship creator, it says, "The only thing between you and the vacuum of space is 6 feet of solid style."
