Cell Stage[]
An example of a cell (Squirty) possessing the Poison part.
Poison is a part found in the Cell Stage. It can be unlocked by killing either a cell with this part, or by being looted from a Meteor Shards. The poison part will automatically spray a harmful poison around your cell. This poison will drain other cell's health, and also renders your own cell immune to other cells with the same part. Likewise, poison will not be able to harm Puffish or Squirty. Cells killed by Poison are unable to be eaten unless broken apart by a Jaw or Spike part.
Creature Stage[]
In the creature stage, the part gives your creature level 1 Spit. There is a similar-looking part -- the Gobstalker -- that also gives level 1 spit, yet it gives your creature level 1 health, as well.
