Paulo Fluctus Beta 9.9 is the ninth moon of the ninth planet in the Paulo Fluctus Beta System, 1.71 light-years from the Nivenia System. It is an icy moon mainly made out of water and silicates, with almost no useful materials at all. As such, it is a low priority for colonization by the Nivenian Empire and the Republic of Paulo Fluctus Beta, as only low-yield, hard-to find deposits of valuable materials exist inside the planet, making it generally uninteresting. However, the water on the planet could potentially be mined for use in rotating habitats or drinking, due to the moon's low gravity well.
