Paulo Fluctus Beta 5.1 is the only large moon of the fifth planet in the Paulo Fluctus Beta System, 1.71 light-years from the Nivenia System. It is a small, airless world that has substantial deposits of aluminum, with over 75% of the moon's mass in aluminum or aluminum oxides, based on a spectral analysis by the Nivenian Empire. The Nivenian Empire, and one of its internal corporations, the Megastructural Construction Corporation view this moon as a medium-strength colonization target, after some of the planets closer to the star, like Paulo Fluctus Beta 1 and Paulo Fluctus Beta 2.
