Here it is. The jewel of the Collective. It was from here where our great expansion through the cosmos begun. The old homeworld was important, but New Draka is a symbol of a new future for all of us. From this world, the entirely of the Collective branches out to all directions. Truly a work of art.

- Tarygan Tersly

New Draka, originally known as Gheralvoz is the capital of the Indoctrinate Collective and the homeworld replacement of the Dracogonarious and Marinar following the destruction of their old home of Draka-2. Formed at the Milky Way Galaxy, it is currently located at the Mirianis Sector of the Borealis Galaxy after the Collective moved themselves to that galaxy. It serves as the set of power of the Supreme Advisors, and is widely considered the greatest world of the Dracogonarious, surpassing their old homeworld in all aspects due to the sheer amount of planning they put into it.

Formerly a wild planet with no native sapients, New Draka was turned into the crown of the Indoctrinate Collective, and is now among the empire's main economical, military and diplomatic capitals as well as an extremely popular touristic destination for the allies of Collective. Carefully planned and crafted by the Dracogonarious to serve as the best home possible for themselves and all the races which pledged themselves to them, and most agree they have succeeded in that regard.

History[]

Gheralvoz, as it was originally known, was the first colony settled by the Dracogonarious Empire during their early years, dating nearly 60,000 years. The planet was already inhabitable by the time of its discovery, possessing extensive plant and animal life but lacking any sapient races, making it a perfect planet for the Dracogonarious colonies to settle. Over the ages, the colony would become one of the busiest parts of the empire due to its importance, being considered a second home for their people outside of Draka-2.

The Second War of Black Fog saw Draka-2's destruction under the claws of the Marinoxidiz, and Gheralvoz was immediately chosen as a replacement capital. It was at this time that the leaders of the Dracogonarious begun forming the foundations of the Indoctrinate Collective, which was declared following the defeat of the Corruptus, and Gheralvoz was declared the capital of this new empire, now under the name of New Draka. During Project Exodus, like many other Plazithian worlds belonging to the Collective, New Draka was moved to the Borealis Galaxy, now existing within its Mirianis Sector.

Characteristics[]

Description[]

New Draka is a lush, inhabitable world comparable to Earth in characteristics, being roughly 1.3 times to the latter's size. The planet is composed of two immense continents, one at the west and another at the east, who are connected in the poles through large ice caps. While already inhabited by plant and animal life before its colonization, New Draka was further terraformed during its history to fulfill the needs of all races in the Collective, which has led to the growth of the ocean level and to the atmosphere becoming thicker.

Life is abundant across New Draka, living across numbers of environments across the planet and being a combination of both native species and species brought by the Dracogonarious from Draka-2 in hopes to preserve at least some of the lifeforms of their original homeworld. Due to the Collective's environmental concerns and general disapproval for ecumenopoli, great forest extensions are present in New Draka, which are constantly preserved to ensure the planet's ecosystem remains healthy and left with as little interference as possible.

New Draka possesses two moons, which are known as Nova Gheralvoz and Kerimalis. Both moons are terraformed and heavily inhabited, with Nova Gheralvoz being a popular touristic destination for the allies of the Indoctrinate Collective due to being an artistic and cultural capital in the empire. Kerimalis serves as the capital of the empire's xenoscience, where the greatest scientists of the Collective work to study alien lifeforms and are known to easily achieve feats such as recreating exact clones of extinct species or even create new species, sapient or not, from scratch.

Society[]

New Draka was carefully crafted to fulfill the needs of every sapient race in the Collective. Being the most populous races in the Collective and being the former owners of the planet before it became a capital, the Dracogonarious and the Marinar remain the most influential races of New Draka, but the shift of the planet going from a mere colony to the capital of the empire has opened room for many other races to settle in, with the estimated Dracogonarious and Marinar population combined being only 40% of the planet's total number of inhabitants in the current day.

It is impossible to live at New Draka without a sense of fellow feeling, and thus all species are encouraged to cooperate and live together in harmony. This is made easy by the Collective's extremely harsh view on outlaws causing crime rates to be zero, and nearly all problems encountered by the Royal Guard in the planet are caused by aliens rather than Collective citizens. Failure to adhere to New Draka's society means the individual is unlikely to be able to inhabit the Indoctrinate Collective at all, for it serves as an example of what all planets are like.

Government[]

The heads of state of New Draka are the Supreme Advisors, the leaders of the Indoctrinate Collective. To enforce the empire's laws across the planet is the Royal Guard, the most elite forces of the Collective's military, which also serves as a police force. The capital of the planet is the great city of Realitia, located at the planet's western continent, and the leaders of the empire inhabit the building known as the Presidential Palace, located at the center of Realitia.

Each Supreme Advisor which represents a member of the Collective possesses their own office at the Imperial Palace, and the city also serves as a hub for embassies of empires aligned to the Collective who wish to strengthen their relations with them. Empires in negative terms with the Collective are forbidden of approaching the planet under the threat of being shot down by the Royal Guard.

The following empires possess active embassies at New Draka:

Quotes[]

New Draka is a fine place to live. I spent much of my time living and learning there, and I never get tired of what it has has to offer; efficiency, cleanliness, and a warm sense of community. ... I could never understand why anyone would ever want to take away a place as pleasant and diverse as this.

- Hachiman

The heart of the Indoctrinate Collective is befitting of the communal and diverse nature of their civilization. ... While such a calm and serene world certainly requires acclimatization among my kind, many societies and cultures would certainly find a world as idyllic as New Draka beyond inspirational.

- Keldar Teiran

Serves as a testament to how resourceful the Collective is. They can simply relocate, making do with what they have, when a planet is destroyed, and they can make the most out of the moons they have. I admire that. That this is such a peaceful and cultural society is also reflective of the successes of the Collective.
