Caeruleo 5.3 is the third moon of the fifth planet in the Caeruleo system, 2.14 light-years from the Nivenia system. Caeruleo 5.3 is an ocean planet with a water layer over five hundred kilometers thick - thick enough that the water at the bottom transitions through three different phases of ice before the rock-ice boundary. Caeruleo 5.3 is, like Caeruleo 5.2, only marginally habitable due to low temperatures and lo atmospheric pressures, but Caeruleo 5.3 contains high amounts of thorium salts in its oceans, making it a good colonization target to the Nivenian Empire and the Megastructural Construction Corporation.
