The Moon is Earth's moon, the third planet in the Sol System, which in Spore can be found as an easter egg. It is rocky world, with grey, level terrain covered in craters, with mild temperature and low atmosphere. If the planet buster is deployed on Earth, the Moon is also destroyed. Maxis also published an adventure template with the Moon's terrain as part of a contest commemorating the Apollo Moon landings.[1]
