Pizean is not necessarily a hydra just for being a reptile with more than one head, and calling it a hydra for that goes against all attempts to properly organize the taxonomy system. The definition you gave for Pizarus is also generic and could include oil birds, most bats, and some moths. I recommend changing the genus description to something specific to the species and asking someone to reclassify your creature.
Okay. The Description will be made more specific. The reason I created Pizarus was because there are at least five different types of Pizeans. I thought that it was necessary to create a Genus for them.

I'll edit it to this: "Pizarus, or or Pizarae, are large, nonaquatic hydras that originate from caves capable of echolocation, Distinguished by a bone or plate protection around the eyes. They normally have green skin and 3 heads with at least one elongated head, ussually the one in the middle."
