Massivley Single-Player is a new concept to gaming introduced by Spore. Essentially, it means that although the game is single player and has no direct realtime interation with other players, the game is still massive in scope of available content and interaction, since it regularly checks the online Maxis database for Creatures, Buildings and any form of creatable ingame content, and downloading anything that it feels fits in well with the player's current playing style, through the Pollinated Content system.
