Effect
Gives a permanent, and automatic +10 relationship bonus to all empires. This will make relations with Zealots easier, and Warriors will soon be neutral as the Your presence disturbs us will soon dissipate, especially since introducing yourself peacefully will usually give you a small relation boost. Extremely useful for beginners, who don't know how to make money to pay bribes or fight. It will also help if you are trying to ally with The Grox.
