Nanohorde=Grox/Xhodocto hybrid sightings?[]

Maybe the nanohorde is responsible for the Xhodocto/Grox hybrids that have been appearing?

No, probably not, all the Nanohorde do is consume materials, lifeforms, planets, civilizations you name it, then they recycle the materials to create new nanomachines (self-replication). Once an entire star system has been devoured, they move on to the next, getting more evolved and advanced along the way. Since they are capable of faster than light travel, they are threat on the galactic scale. WormulWormulon Talk to me 13:59, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

We will help you with our best scientists and warships. Anything for our allies. CSA

The DCP is grateful for our allies help in this dark time. --Admiral Kilnok 20:58, March 12, 2010 (UTC)

Good, hopefully we will stop this galactic spreading planetary infection. --Admiral Horlin 21:35, March 13, 2010 (UTC)

  • Transmission from the Salsetthe Republic

We have had experience with The Nanohorde several times, and we were able to disable them before they could take control of one of our planets. We request to aid you in this issue, and upon your acceptance, we shall dispatch several vessels and have some of our scientists aid you.

  • Transmission from the Masaari Crusade

We have accepted your call, and as such we will help you with troops. Nanohorde, in fact, has attacked us once, but we survived.

We must all also gather our greatest scientists (but not in one place), to figure out how to destroy these nanomachines. --Admiral Kilnok 12:56, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

I would like to join the fight with this "Nanohorde". I don't know how to dispose of them, only how to hold them off planets or decrease the speed of their plan. I'm afraid this is going to get out of hand....and fast.....

Cool, you can join. WormulWormulon Talk to me 17:38, March 20, 2010 (UTC)

Direction of the story[]

FOXDIE?[]

This sounds a lot like FOXDIE in Metal Gear Solid 4: it was created to target programmed things, but then as it mutated the program thingy fades until it is gone. I assume this is the same?--Technobliterator 14:51, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

Its actually based on Von Neumann probes and grey goo (likely what the FOXDIE are based on). They're not too different to the Replicators from Stargate, except the Nanohorde are just a microscopic malfunctioning menace. The scary thing is, grey goo could be a future end-of-the-world scenario. I created this story to be about the creation and evolution of synthetic life and machine ecology (which is what they evolve into). The Nanohorde are probably not aware of the life they are stepping on, at least not yet... WormulWormulon Talk to me 17:07, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

Defeat of the Nanohorde[]

The Nanohorde have now been defeated by the DCP, Xhodocto, and soon the Galot. The Nanohorde will return, some time later (I have a good plan), but first I want to concentrate on a new direction for the DCP's story, which I'm quite exited about! It will be starting soon, and once that has finished the Nanohorde will return, more dangerous than ever, and next time, well I won't spoil it! WormulWormulon Talk to me 13:52, April 14, 2010 (UTC)

Anyway, we could still make adventures and stories, but it would be before their defeat, and as said before, I plan to return them eventually. WormulWormulon Talk to me 13:07, April 22, 2010 (UTC)

They have returned, and this time they are sentient! WormulWormulon Talk to me 15:39, May 19, 2010 (UTC)

Pepians get Idea[]

The Pepian Scientist Ms. Pepis has an idea. Go on Nanohoarde homeworld, gather a few nanohorde, remove the tech, then burn them with the material.

No that wouldn't work, the nanohorde machine planet has evolved fulfilling its goal - to create sentient nanobots. So it disintergrated itself into all the seperate nanomachines again. Also, landing on the machine planet would have been suicide, since trillions of nanohorde on the surface would quickly consume anything that landed on it. WormulWormulon Talk to me 21:07, June 14, 2010 (UTC)

-Her apologies. She thinks an idea and publishes it before it is deemed feasible. Well, that's what you get when your new to wars.
