We of Vespa have noticed your... how would you call it... "cold war" with the Tybusen Federation. We are constantly seeking allies to defeat that blasted Federation, and with a powerful nation such as the Empire backing us, eventually we shall be able to send the TIAF into the graveyards of history.
The VFP offers its hand in alliance, or at the very least, a cooperative pact. Ambassador Lissiana Trevinas of the Draconid ImperiumNow I know we had previously made a claim that we felt unwanted, but times have changed, new representatives and all and the Grand Senate feels it appropriate to further repair bridges between us. We will leave some of the old colonies unclaimed as I understand they are growing in popularity amongst tourist groups (always nice to see new and exotic things isn't it?). I have also been requested by the Imperial Talon Navy to convey an offer of cooperation in civilizing the untamed regions of your galaxy. As an ancient empire we have extensive knowledge in how to deal with pirate elements and other unsavouries. Eugh, just thinking of the potential lurkers out there makes me retch.
The last thing however is that along with requests from the Draconid people, several of our provinces have conveyed their wishes to join the expansion phase but understandably there are not systems to go around. Being the supreme authority in this galaxy, we defer upon your judgement as to how extensively our provinces can expand into your galaxy.
