The Persan use a wide variety of drones to help support and back up their mechs. These drones resemble canine or feline-like biomechanical creatures with progressive blades on their tails and mounts for various different types of guns upon their back. these weapons are usually the standard kinetic pulse weapons.

Immortals are Persan mecha and controlled by elite pilots (also called Immortals) who wield elemental powers that they can employ through their mechs. The Immortals are in fact psychic bio-mechanical beings encased in armor and installed with a piloting system that can be anywhere between 3 to 10 meters in height and are made from altered Vanara DNA. They are piloted via a neural sync system allowing them to be piloted through thought alone and for the pilot to use their elemental powers through the mech. Immortals often use strange archaic that weapons warped and twisted in strange eldritch and esoteric ways giving them strange alien properties that seem to defy the physics and causal relationships of the universe. They are terrifying and warped things to behold that have have been known to fly into berserker furies when their pilots are in danger acting under their own will power and alien mindset in a Cascade. They are actually held in almost religious awe by some who believe them to be possessed by long-dead persacron souls.

All persan mechs are controlled by persa meaning that all wield power over an element of liminal energy.

To this end the UPD eschews vast numbers and attrition in favor of smaller, more tightly knit, better equipped and trained forces with strong logistical independence and a highly decentralized command structure with lower level officers given great flexibility in accomplishing the end goals of the higher ranking officers grand strategies.

Pulse

Pulse weapons are the most common form of weapon deployed by the United Persan Descendants and come in two types of standard pulses and pulse beams. The name pulse weapon comes from the design of rails that fire the projectiles from the weapon. The rails on pulse weapons charge with short pulses of electromagnetic energy for the precisely controlled firing of the weapons. Standard pulse weapons fire caseless kinetic ammunition while pulse beams fire streams of charged particles or anti-particles.

Phase

Phase weapons are solely composed of phase missiles and perhaps some of the most enigmatic weapons of the UPD being considered something of a signature of theirs. Phase Missiles are missiles that rely on onboard sensors to detect when they are coming upon shielding, once shields are detected the missiles drops out of phase with normal reality until it has bypassed the shields at which point it returns to realspace. Phase Missiles come in standard realspace varieties and hyperspacial cruise missiles.

Wave

Wave weapons are very similar to pulse weapons being a form of railgun, but operate somewhat differently. Instead of being charged by pulses of electromagnetic energy wave weapon's rails are charged by by a continuous wave of electromagnetism. These guns are constantly on from the movement they are turned on making them too dangerous to be used on anything other then a ship. These weapons are burst fed masses of fusion plasma to be fired as projectiles against enemies.

Support

Self Repair Systems

Nanites find their way into everything the Persan do in one way or another. Colonies of these nanites infest the weapon, defensive, and other systems in all military hardware the Persan posses. These nanites remain ever vigilant monitoring the hardware for potential points of failure and dedicating repairs to prevent these failures before they occur. Should failure occur then ninites devout their resources to repairing and replacing parts to keep their hardware functioning.

Multi-Pass Shields

Atomic Lattice Armor

Persan skill and nanotechnology and nanoengineering has benefited them in many ways, especially in the areas of armor and defensive technology. The primary form of armor of the UPD forces is atomic lattice armor. This armor is made up of graphene sheets that have had their atomic lattice structures interwoven to create a nanomolecular form of chainmail, the gaps in the crystal lattice structures are filled in with a liquid suspension, and the outer layer is given extra protection in a layer of diamond micro-crystals.
