The Intelligencia are the forces of Bygorian Naval Intelligence and their religious inquisition, and other, very similar forces, that answer to Lord Kradik, The Ascendant, and act as his eyes and ears throughout both his empire, and the various others of Cyrannus. Heading by the sociopathic Kalix'Martour, and comprised of only the most loyal individuals, and, while not having the resources of Imperial Intelligence, has a single-minded goal to see Kradik's plans reach fruition.

The most common races within the Intelligencia include the Changelings who journeyed with Kradik and helped infiltrate the Clan of Bygore to prepare them for invasion, the Ugandalorians loyal to Zarbania, who have raised their children in the spirit of Kradik and his ideals, the Drakodominatus, who see him as their new Tyrant and are extremely loyal to him, and the Bygorian, Vasarc and Duetzalanian races.

Intelligencia employs Changelings widely, for their ability to both shape-shift, and detect others, proves invaluable in the Ascendancy's quest for power, as they shadow or assassinate the most important rival figures of the galaxy in case they move against the Ascendacy. Ugandalorians commonly find themselves in the fields of inquisition and protection of top facilties, due to their cold mastery of black ops and the like. Drakodominatus, mainly Drakodominatus Omegas with their extremely developped brains, are masters of Naval Intelligence and, with their Vasarc subordinates, monitor the intrigues at Kradik's court, making sure no Dynasty Lord moves against him, and if they do, deploying the resources to stop him or her.
