The Unitech Citadel of Sentients are known Waptoria Alliance Anarchists, who have colonies in the Mirus, Elalma, Milky Way and Andromedan galaxies, as well in the Intergalactic Rifts. They are well known for kidnapping others, and experimenting upon them, as well as turning them into DNA, with is then converted into pure data for the Unitech to use. While often portrayed as mad scientists with a love for agony, this is not true, as the intentions of Unitech were good, but have become corrupted over time.
Species
Once known as the Psion, they were a cruel race of scientists. Their empire and species was destroyed when another scientist race used a Gravitation Wave on their homeworld, turning it in a Ruined Planet in progress. While they had kindnapped and experimented upon various Raptoraneans, the Waptoria Alliance brought them back to life as insectoid creatures. Recentely, they have discovered they can use Psionic Energy. They are the Unitech's Citadel's leader species, together with the Raptoraneans.
Created out of another race by a human scientist called Wietze (or W'tze in Raptoranean language). They live on solarligt, and are very emotional. They are the founders and the 'hippies' of the Unitech Citadel.
The Raptorians are a race of knights, however they do not act like this, and are rather expansionists. Created from Earth's raptors by an ancient - and now extinct - alien race, the Raptorians have a strange interest in enhancing themselves, and turning some of their their offspring into ShadowRaptors.
The Waptoria Alliance is a long-lasting ally of the NOVA Alliance, and during the NOVA civil war, they decided to help the Bio-Nation. These ecologistic Globling's were crushed by the Tech-Nation, ending the civil war. However, some of the Bio-Warriors joined the Waptoria Alliance.
The Hoggiraptor were one of the first allies of the Raptoraneans. An species with believes in peace and democracy, the Hoggiraptor make up most of the diplomatic branch of the Unitech Citadel.

The Unitech Citadel has little crime within it's borders. Criminals are experimented upon, given a swift death, then cloned back to life and reeducated. Rather that there be planets with only one species on it, the citadel has multiple species living together, but Hybrids are frowned upon. Every citizen has to spend at least one hour at research. It is know the Unitech Citadel often kidnaps enemy civilians to experiment on them, with is often very traumatizing for the victim.
Religion
The Unitech Citadel do not worship any deity, but instead believe it is their quest archive advancement. They believe that every creature must be uplifted into pure data, with would be transferred into a virtual world with could change to fit one's needs, and where misery does not exist. However, they believe there is a condition that must be completed before this uplifting can be completed. This condition is that Organic must be merged with Synthetic, to the point both individually crease to exist. Only then the Uplifting can be done en masse.
