The Tuechalton (Ertoliak for: The Leader's Great Union) is an Empire situated in the Asteroid Belt of the Tucharlon System.
History[]
8744 Years ago, The Tuechalton's best Astronomers made a dire Prediction: The Gigantic Asteroid they saw with the Observatory would crash into their Planet in 5 Years. They did all the Preparations: Space Suits, Hover Tech, Capsules to survive in... 5 Years Later, they were fully prepared for the Impact. And indeed, it happened. The Planet was shattered into billions of Pieces and became an Asteroid Belt. To this day, they reside in hovering Buildings amongst the Asteroids.
Government[]
The Tuechalton is a Monarchy. The Leader is Solosartok, a Sentient Matrioshka Brain and Dyson Sphere. Solosartok has 5 others in his Service, including Tuarlomok. Below these 5 known as the Advisors is the Council of 100, who represent the Community in large Discussions. Solosartok's (and by extension the whole Empire's) Policy is "Expand, Trade, Befriend, and if that is unsuccessful, Ignore or Destroy."
Infrastructure[]
The Tuechalton's Home Asteroid Belt has plenty of bigger Asteroids. The Biggest one, a "Space Potato" around 50 Kilometers in Diameter, is the location of their Capital City, Tertachon. Bigger Clusters of Asteroids often contain Settlements. These Clusters are held together with what the Tuapachoc call "Quantum Chains", which are essentially Invisible, even Intangible Chains. That means that they can only drift a certain distance away from one another, but also Orbit their Star together. The Tuechalton utilize way more than just their Asteroid Belt (including other Systems!), but most of it doesn't count as Colonies. Most are either for Weapons Testing or Planetary Disassembly. Yes, Planetary Disassembly. They literally take apart entire Planets for material.
The Tucharlon System[]
The Tucharlon System is the Tuechalton's Home System. It contained two Planets, one of which was shattered into Billions of Pieces and is now an Asteroid Belt. The Remaining Planet and the Asteroid Belt both orbit a Red Dwarf encased in a Matrioshka Brain that is the Leader of the Tuechalton, Solosartok. The System is located deep in the Umbra Sector of the Andromeda Galaxy, relatively close to the Void Eye Empire. The Remaining Planet is a Gas Giant and its three Moons are used by the Tuechalton for Weapon Testing. So far, the Third Moon took the Most Damage by having a huge Chunk blown out of its surface by an Antimatter Bomb.
