What is it you wish to know most primitive? We have exactly 97% of the answers.

This Page is about the most elusive empire "not" in existence. A group of knowledge seekers and recorders who have all of the Omniverse's history recorded for the preservation of all history. From the most basic particle to the Omniverse they have it recorded. They even have all "unimportant" people down in their library as memory. They may show you holographic recordings of yourself all through this point but as is their rule they would never show you your future because of Multiverse Theory you shall have multiple futures. And they couldn't tell you which future is yours.

Archeosapien[]

Archeosapien.png An Archeosapien the wisest, most ancient extra-dimensional organic species known. Function as the primary librarians, scientists, and artists. Also function as gravitational warriors and explorers. Occupy up to 12% of the population at any given time.

Tachyomorph[]

Tachyomorph.png A Tachyomorph the fastest, most ambitious extra-dimensional organic species known. Function as the primary messengers, technicians, and lab assistants. Also function as tachyonic warriors and explorers. Occupy up to 52% of the population at any given time.

Neosapiens[]

A Neosapien the youngest, most ingenious developing organic species encountered. Function as the biggest artists and inventors . Occupy 27% of the population currently.

Recorded History[]

In their most primitive days the Archeosapiens and the Tachyomorphs fought over regions of tachyon radioactivity, their primary food scource. They had to be intelligent to protect themselves from the strange predators that consumed their kind. Over time they both developed advanced military techniques. They eventally found peace when a sudden surge of tachyon radioactivity engulfed their world feeding untold numbers of beings and thus they grew closer together as brethren. They built the city of Domum to do something new.

Untold amounts of Time went by as the beings waited in the darkness. Alone they sent out graviton waves generated from their own brains in the hopes that some other sentient species would respond. A tier 0 civilization (no one knows who) received the transmission and investigated. Seeing a sentient species in The Inter-universal Void opened the eyes of the great beings and thus they shared some of their knowledge and resources with the Sages. They quickly conquered all forms of science and mathematics. Still hungering for more they left their hole in space and found a bright glowing world full of life.

Venturing into the expanses of space, generating Alcubierre Bubbles to propel themselves forward, they discovered somethings they had never experienced in their energy rich home. Hunger, their first discovery (note:in the void they had plenty of energy). The majority of their population starved to death during their first waves of exploration. The remaining 2,400,210 discovered quasars to be a reliable scource of their neccessary energy requirements just in time to discover war. The first quasar they encountered was being fought over by two civilizations. The Sages encountered one of the sides and were convinced that they should help. The Sages were nearly wiped out by the war leaving only 364 individuals left. They retreated to their home in fear of further destruction.

Because of their longevity and high reproductive rates their population came up from extinction but they would never again achieve their former population. The young eager for knowledge went on expeditions without their parent's knowing. Hearing stories they wanted to see for themselves the cold world out beyond their existence. The first thing the youngsters found was a massive library in an asteroid field. Unable to understand it they tried to bring the library with, but ended up taking the entire asteroid field too. Unable to hide the giant cloud in nothingness the parents found out soon, but soon their youthful curiosity took over and they spent several centuries deciphering the information. The library incinerated after several millenia of radiation and lack of maintenance. So the Sages decided to build a library of their own.

They took the metals from the asteroids and constructed a massive complex. The Grand Monastery, built with help from the Archeobuilders, a massive library built with laboratories, observatories, and conservatories. It contained a super-massive black hole network at its center to power the station and massive wormhole generators to send the Sages across spacetime. However they never forgot the decimation from the war and swore an oath of nonintervention to avoid getting caught up in a potentially lethal war.

Their curiosity has however in recent eons proven dangerous. Their evolution experiment on The Dark World proved too dangerous a project and they ended up unleashing The Dark Hive on the omniverse. The accident that resulted in The Siege of the Grand Monastery, killing even more of their ever growing population.

Culture[]

Being comprised of a species inexplicably old and living in the absence of spacetime would create a bizarre culture right? Not really. The Archeosapiens and their cousins the Tachyomorphs despite having bizarre physiology actually have a culture very similar to the monks and nomads of Medeival Earth. However, they do try to avoid interfering in the affairs of all major events.

They travel the omniverse in search of knowledge and wisdom, recording it and sharing it with those they deem worthy. They also hold true to their nonintervention policy and refuse to participate in any violence. If any of their order forsakes their beliefs to join in any violence whatsoever, even a small skirmish, they shall be banned from the order for an eternity. They may warn civilizations of cataclismic events (the Great Flood on Earth) or major wars that would lead to extinction.

They let other smaller species join to partake in their wisdom. Those who wish to join must swear oaths to protect the knowledge within the Grand Monastery and never to abuse it for selfish gains. Few species hold the restraint to join the Sages.

For specific reasons they have an obsession over the star system Sol. Mainly because of it's incredible diversity of life, art, history, and culture.

Religion[]

Their religion is inexplicably linked to the most bizarre and powerful "substance" known, Cosmic Energy, a force of nature inexplicably connected to and connecting the mind/soul, the laws of physics, and the birth/death cycle of reincarnation.

Belief System[]

Some of their more pathetic followers(on alien Twitter) believe that when you die, which they find easy, your soul reconnects to the comic flow and transcends time and space to metamorphose into a cyborg named Larry. At least that is the translation that makes most sense to them. In truth, the soul still reconnects, but with the COSMIC flow, and it still metamorphoses, but into five versions of yourself each named after a part of ancient egyptian mythology, first, the ka or life force, second, the ren or identity and memory, third, the ba or personality and soul, fourth, the sheut or shadow and legacy, and finally the ib or heart and conscience. The ka reenters the cycle and is reincarnated into new life. The ren remains in the memories of those whose lives have been touched by you. The ba stands trial and gets to go to one of seven locations, each named for a location in Greek mythology:

Realms of the Dead[]

  • Olympus: for the Holy, beings whose thoughts were pure
  • Elysium: for the Blessed, beings that did good things
  • Atlantis: for the Extraordinary, beings that did incredible things, yet no good/evil or not enough of each
  • Asphodel: for the Ordinary, standard beings, no good/evil or not enough of each
  • Stygia: for those who failed in life, people who died before they could be or while trying to be successful.
  • Ereberos: for the Cursed, beings that did evil things
  • Tartarus: for the Damned, beings whose thoughts were corrupt

The sheut part becomes a messenger to the living(Angel, Ghost, or Demon), and lastly the ib becomes pure cosmic energy if the original being was pure him-or-herself and continues to transcend time and space or if he is impure his ib ceases to exist.

In order to be a "pure" being one must believe and follow the Twelve Principles of Existence.

The Twelve Principles of Existence[]

  • Impurity: Nothing can ever be 100% of anything. There is always impurity.
  • Mortality: Nothing ever lasts forever. If it seems, to it undergoes a temporal feedback loop when everything else is gone. Even "immortals" end eventually.
  • Symmetry: Everything has its double, opposite, double opposite, etc.
  • Balance: Nothing is ever out of balance. All things follow a rhythm and pattern. It must also keep a omniversal balance between any and all opposing forces. However nothing is perfectly balanced.
  • Individuality: As nothing is perfect, nothing is perfectly the same.
  • Relativity: As two objects with mass cannot exist in the exact same spot at the exact same time, two concepts cannot exist simultaneously in a mind.
  • Reality: Ignore illusions and fantasies as they never were, they never will be.
  • Thought: If you use your mind you can overcome any obstacle, any situation, any illusion.
  • Change: All things change over time, so accept the coming reality for your old one is becoming a fantasy.
  • Unity: All things are one, therefore all is connected.
  • Resposiblity: Your actions have consequences, so you must be the one who fixes them.
  • Conservation: All things travel in circles, whether it be spacetime, life, or energy, everything is conserved and goes through a cycle of renewal and breakdown. All things belong to their origin.

The Sages also added a thirteenth principle that they may be reminded of their history.

  • Singularity: The origin is the Singularity Point. The singularity is the One God. And the one god is only omnipotent and omniscient, nothing more.

They themselves do not believe in the Holy Three.

The principles must either be upheld, understood, or both. For instance: Balance, Individuality and Responsibility must be initiated by either oneself and/or other being(s); Impurity, Mortality and Singularity must be comprehended; And the Rest are a combination of the two.

There are also natural forces that uphold a few of the principles.

  • Karma: Upholds balance and responsibility.
  • Reincarnation: Upholds unity and conservation.
  • Evolution: Upholds change.
  • Laws of Physics: Uphold symmetry, relativity, and reality.

Universal Laws[]

They also incorporate 3 aspects to every universe. Each with its own set of laws.

  • First:The Aspect of Science:Follows principles of Mathematics.
  • Second:The Aspect of Magic:Follows principles of Grammar.
  • Thrid:The Aspect of Psychics:Follows principles of Art.

All affect the universe in the exact same way, just how they do it varies based on perception. The natural guiding forces of the principles of existance, can be traced back to these three universal laws.

Creation Story[]

They have no creation myth as they don't beleive in myths. They only believe in what they can prove. And here is what they believe they know the omniverse started. Note this is only their interpretation. They also measure all their time, not in years, but in cosmic cycles. Note how it appears to parallel with the Hebrew creation myth. Note:The Sages are prone to use metaphors so the story doesn't make total sense unless you scrutinize every detail.

The First Cycle

In the beginning, there was darkness, emptiness, and formlessness. Nothingness didn't even exist. Then The Singularity Point manifested like a flame in this empty world and like a flame lit existence in a blaze, the first Big Bang. And the world created was also dark and formless. And in a language that all living beings understand, the singularity said, "let their be light and the universes matter coalesced into stars and the second Big Bang occured and thus the first cosmic cycle passed and the singularity said it was good.

  • Interpretation

The singularity arose and accidentally unleashed zero energy into nothingness and used some advanced technology to try to repeat the result.

The Second Cycle

On the second cosmic cycle, the singularity breathed out," Let the light be seperated into the stars and the suns and the clouds." And the laws of physics reordered themselves so that all the matter in the universes coalesced into stars and planets. And the singularity said it was good.

  • Interpretation

Whatever it was, it wanted to make it usable.

The Third Cycle

On the third cycle, the singularity commanded, "let the worlds be habitable and lush!", and a large number of the worlds developed habitable environments. And it said it was good.

  • Interpretation

Obviously, it had some form of terraforming equipment.

The Fourth Cycle

On the fourth cycle, the singularity proclaimed, "let my creation walk, slither, and crawl along the lands, and swim in the seas, and fly in the skies." And animals evolved out of the primordial ooze and the worlds became paradises. And it was good.

  • Interpretation

Here it is possible that the universes were merely an experiment and the being sent forth either pre-existing life forms or used a universe sized staff of life.

The Fifth Cycle On the fifth cycle, once more was said, "let the creatures know!" And the first sentient life forms rose from the herds and packs. And it was good.

  • Interpretation

Apparently some device was used yet again to cause some highly specific reaction. Maybe a monolithic device.

The Sixth Cycle On the sixth and final cycle of creation, it was finally said, "let the mortals have their diverse ways and cultures." And they went from merely intelligent creatures, to sophisticated cultures, building art and knowledge. And it too was good.

  • Interpretation

Nurturing again.

The Seventh Cycle

On the seventh cycle the singularity went quiet and out in the empty formlessness, it whispered into a small scared trio of young ones. Those three didn't know where they were from, how they had gotten their, or why they were still alive. The one guided their growth and they became, not the first beings, but the first chosen. And all of creation was good. Their names were Jocurra, Oikodomu, and Ittotns

And while the singularity was quiet, some dark creatures that had manifested entered the omniverse, terrorizing it and leaving the once beautiful world a nightmare. The omniverse had assumed its current form.

  • Interpretation

Here it is less noticeable, but scholars believe that the three children were accidents. And siezing the accident as part of the original design, nurtured them and taught them. And since they were but children then, they forgot the event as they grew up.

The Dark creatures are probably demons or some other creature that came from another plane of reality and found it suitable for themselves and started terrorizing the inhabitants.

Government and Economy[]

All individuals are required to vote on all matters of great importance. For minor situations the founders vote on it. When there is an imminent emergency, the founders receive direct and absolute control till the emergency has passed. The Core Mind Influences the decision by indicating the chances of success and whether the solution is for the best.

The government status is determined by a combination of intellectual power and/or age. The hierarchy is as follows: The Core Mind, The Forefathers, and the citizens.

All individuals have what they need, therefore there is no economy.

Military[]

see The Knights of Qasarn. Their military acts more like a seperate empire allied to them.

Trivia[]

  • Their motto is: "If you suffer to obtain knowledge, it shall only be the more valuable."
  • Their religion is based on a composite of Hebrew, Greek/Latin, Ancient Egyptian, and Buddhist beliefs.
  • If you do not have direct permission to enter the monastery, you will be asked this riddle: "What is everywhere, anywhere and nowhere, can do everything, anything and nothing, and can be everybody, anybody and nobody." The answer is not God.
  • They will only save your species if you still have knowledge and artifacts to share with the sages. If not, they will only stand by and record your extinction.
