The Divinarium, and Radeon civilisation overall, has a long history that has many allies all over the Gigaquadrant, and many enemies as well. Its predecessors like the Church of Spode or Dei'Ar Theocracy were fairly known for their terrifying holy wars initiated by their leaders that made Radeons fairly disliked by many civilisations all across the universe. Thankfully, the new leader has changed the policy of Radeon civilisation and now, the Divinarium is fairly reclusive, choosing carefully whether to ally or declare war upon a civilisation.

The Conclave has a select few of the civilisations that can be considered truly friendly with the Divinarium. These sister states are the Draconid Imperium and the Brood of War. In addition to this, the Divinarium also has other allies like Unified Nation of Ottzello and Indoctrinate Collective - these alliances are, however, not as strong as those with the Divinarium's sister states. Citizen of such empires have additional rights when visiting the Divinarium worlds such as reduced custom duties. A step below this is civilisations that are in good terms with the Divinarium, a mostly unofficial status that implies helping each other in external politics.

The Divinarium generally lacks the need for wars nowadays, having enough resources to maintain its own economy. If the Divinarium, or its allies, are attacked or under a threat of attack, or if something that is extremely required by the Divinarium is being contested, then the Conclave will send military forces to deal with the enemies. Overall, however, war is avoided, as the Divinarium, in fact, controls little worlds and may be easily destroyed by more advanced empires such as Delpha Coalition of Planets.

Threat Level[]

The Conclave maintains a threat level of all empires encountered, ranked by numbers. The threat level is not based on power alone but also on their proximity to Divinarian worlds, their knowledge of the Divinarium, their extent and other factors. As such, more powerful empires can in fact have lesser or equal threat level than the less advanced civilisations that are closer to Segmentum Crepusculum - for example, The Coalition is as important as a threat as Tybusen Intergalactic Allied Federation, due to being larger and closer to the Divinarium.

  • VI (Unknown) - Not enough information.
  • V (Extreme) - We have little chance to win a large war with them. We must beware.
  • IV (Very high) - Only through determination and divine help can we win.
  • III (High) - The conflict with such civilisations would be difficult to finish successfully.
  • II (Considerable) - Equals. The war with such civilisations would be harmfu'l for us and disastrous for them.
  • I (Low) - A small fleet would be enough to bend such civilisation on its knees.
  • 0 (None) - Mere insects.

Isio'Nar[]

SpodelingPic
  • Tier level: 0
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Unknown

Our divine protectors and masters beyond our comprehension - that's what the Isio'Nar are. Ascended beings from the other dimension, they are truly the same Messengers that Spode sent to guide us all.

It is unknown when we have first met these great beings, and many of us believe that they guided our kind even in the ancient times. It was their benevolent hand that protected us during the Annihilation when the Xhodocto threatened to destroy the universe, and without them we would never restore our might. For what they have done us, for guiding and saving our species and our civilisation, we are ready to serve these beings unquestionably.

Draconid Imperium[]

Urielminipic01
  • Tier level: 2
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

The Draconid Imperium is our newest neighbour, an ancient inhabitant of Andromeda, a galaxy that has become our new home since the Annihilation. A powerful empire incorporating many protectorate nations, their technology, advancement, extent and age are equal to our own, and it seems that our species share much in common.

While our relationships were bad at the first time, and we even had a small conflict during the start of Andromeda War, an alliance between our nations was later forged due to the new threats such as Legion of Badmanz. As the war progresses, our bond grows stronger, and arguably, the Draconid Imperium is one of our greatest allies nowadays. Together, we formed the new power in the galaxy, the Andromedan Galactic Commonwealth. Together, we defeated the dreaded Grox. Together, we have returned peace to the tormented Andromeda, at last...

Brood of War[]

MiniZazane
  • Tier level: 2
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

The Brood of War is a powerful and warlike nation from the other universe composed primarily of a species following the strict codes of honour, the Zazane. It was a Zazane warlord, the terrific Moxix the Butcher, that condemned our species to the near-extinction during the Holy Shadow War. Nowadays, however, the Brood follows the path of redemption, or at least it seems so.

Much like the Draconid Imperium, our accord grew from the common threat in the Andromeda War. Later, together with the Imperium, our nations have formed the Andromedan Galactic Commonwealth. We are honoured to consider this violent but honourable nation our ally greatly, and look forward towards a prosperous alliance.

Indoctrinate Collective[]

MiniDraco
  • Tier level: 3
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Low

Wise and intelligent, the Indoctrinate Collective is a powerful empire of the Milky Way aimed towards scientific advancement and knowledge - an honourable goal that some of our people may even consider holy.

We have first met the Collective during the attacks of the Corruptus shortly after the Annihilation. when our fleet was sent to the Milky Way by the will of the Messengers to destroy the Xhodocto followers. They appear to be friendly and intelligent, with few exceptions, and they claim they have contacted with the Messengers before. Our common efforts during the Second Borealis Galactic War have cemented our alliance, and have proven that despite being a civilisation bent on science, the Collective's soldiers are still mighty warriors that deserve respect.

Unified Nation of Ottzello[]

MiniUNO

People of Ottzello share much in common with us. Coming through bloodshed and carnage, they ultimately prevailed in the end and emerged stronger than before - much like ourselves.

While we had little in common with them before, recent events have changed that - namely, the Corruptus attacks on Collective and UNO worlds and the Second Borealis Galactic War that affected our distant colonies in UNO's current home galaxy. They consider us one of their greatest allies and we honour them as well.

Delpha Coalition of Planets[]

MiniGrimb
  • Tier level: 1
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Very high

The Delpha Coalition of Planets is perhaps one of our oldest and greatest allies. For many years we have been fighting side by side in this universe and beyond, and the bond between our civilisations is strong indeed. We both desire the same thing: order, law and unity, and although the Delpha Coalition's leaders do not see the whole picture, their military prowess is to be admired and their technology is a source of awe even for the most ingenious scientists of our kind.

Now that the times of great wars are over, however, our ties with the DCP have become somewhat weaker. Neverthless, our alliance still remains strong, and should the people of the Coalition call for aid, we shall answer.

Zoles Imperium[]

MiniZoles
  • Tier level: 2
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

A civilisation we encountered during the Second Borealis Galactic War, Zoles are the noble protectors of this galaxy, serving the righteous goals. Their goal towards the universal order is something we certainly honour, as this is certainly similar to our own philosophy.

Although the Conclave was at first leery of working with the Zoles, their actions during the war have indeed proven that they are a noble species worthy of alliance; as such, our relationships have been formalised. Together, we shall bring about the Golden Age to Borealis and destroy all who dare to threaten it, like we did in Andromeda.

New Tertamian Alliance[]

MiniTertanai
  • Tier level: 2
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

A new player on the Andromedan political scene. While young, the New Tertamian Alliance is quite influentual and is growing rapidly, unified by the promise of freedom and equality and inspired by the tales of the ancients. They came to our aid during the Andromeda War, and for that, we are grateful.

However, the Alliance's government has proven to be quite decietful, and nobody knows what plans does its leader have for Andromeda. We should beware.

Tybusen Intergalactic Allied Federation[]

Tybusen
  • Tier level: 2
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

The Tybusen Intergalactic Allied Federation was neither our ally or enemy for a long time, and our civilisations have little to no contact before Andromeda War. It is a powerful and violent civilisation that is primarily based in faraway Bunsen Galaxy. Young and fierce, they are a growing power in the Gigaquadrant that could be a powerful ally. Could be.

Unfortunately, those who could become our friends attacked us and our allies without mercy. Our refusal to aid them in their genocide of Wentals has led TIAF to wage war against us. Their attack of our allies, the Draconid Imperium, sealed their fate as our enemies. Together with the Draconis and the Brood, we managed to severely weaken their presence in Andromeda to the point of negligibility, and now they pose little threat to our civilisation.

The Federation's later actions (to be precise, their participation in the downfall of Fela'thoran's Coalition loyalists and the Andromedan Grox Empire), however, have redeemed it in the eyes of the Conclave, and our relationships are getting better now.

The Coalition[]

MiniCoalition
  • Tier level: 3
  • Status: Active
  • Threat level: Considerable

The Coalition is the alliance of the native empires of the Twilight Sector. Overall, it is led by a species known as Artharons, feline and wild hunters that have gathered reputation of honourable and terrible opponents during the Second War of Twilight by their strength, courage and power. However, later other species joined the alliance, bringing their own weapons, culture and technology with them. All of these species are dangerous in one way or another, and all of them are worthy enemies.

While inferior in technology to us, the Coalition has proven to be powerful and fierce, destructive by their sheer numbers. Composed of many species, it was surprising to us how could many warring nations unite by a single banner of hate for so short time. As such we have no choice but to respect these brutes who managed to stop our expansion in Segmentum Crepusculum. Two times did the Coalition wage war upon us - during the Second War of Twilight and during the Andromeda War - and two times our civilisation was brought to its knees. Fortunately, in the aftermath of the war, the Coalition experienced a shift in power, and the new government now seeks peace with us. Perhaps in time, our former greatest enemies will become our closest allies... or perhaps, they won't. Only time will tell.

Da Rogue Boyz[]

MiniFrekloar
  • Tier level: 3
  • Status: Active

Da Rogue Boyz. The name says it all. Idiotic, brutish creatures completely incapable of enlightenment, destroying any semblance of civilisation on their path. Mindlessly violent, their bloodthirsty crusades made the Lorons well known among the sentient species of the universe, and the Dei'Ar Order was forced to fight them on several occasions. However, da Rogue Boyz are not without use, for as often as much as they like to fight the civilised people of the First Gigaqudrant, they like fighting their own kind - like the Legion of Badmanz.

After the Second Borealis Galactic War, the Rogue Boyz's presence in the universe was severely weakened, and they are no longer a threat to us.

Kraw Federation[]

KrawPic
  • Tier level: 3
  • Status: Recovering, at war
  • Threat level: Low

The KrawFed are our neighbours in the universe, an alliance of many different empires in a small and young galaxy of the same name. We have attempted to ally with them in order to gain help in the Terminal Point. Due to the anti-religious policy of Tahar Empire, one of the Federation's important members, an offer of alliance was refused by the Federation. With the reign of a new ruler, the mad Emperor Kies, our relations went downhill, though...

Under the insane tyrant's rule, the Kraw Federation started its furious move against our two closest allies - the Brood of War and the Draconid Imperium. As such, we were forced to act against the Kraw Federation by sending a small Dei'Ar force to hinder its conquest. With the new ruler, however, we plan to increase our relationships yet again, as Kraw Federation is a promising force in this dark universe.

Galactic Empire of Cyrannus[]

EmpireMini
  • Tier level: 1
  • Status: Expanding, at war
  • Threat level: Very high/extreme

The Empire is arguably one of the most powerful and terrific superforces of the Gigaquadrant. Rising from a long and bloody war, this civilisation has united most of Cyrannus Galaxy under its iron fist, led by the mysterious ascended leader, Emperor Antediluvian. So far, the new regime was fairly aggressive, forcing alien empires out of their Cyrannian colonies and succesfully invading the Rambo Nation.

Having immense fleets and military power, the war with the Empire will be suicidal. We were are good relations the Cyrannians before, and so far our relationships have been beneficial, as the Empire has accepted a truce between our people. We may only hope that they would not stand against us...

Crispy's Insurrection[]

Not all enemies of Andromeda come with blasters and blades. Some of them, like this Golden Movement, come with words, with lies, with promises of a better future. They proclaim themselves agents of justice, bringers of peace and freedom. What they really want is nothing but power, and their actions will bring nothing but war and ruin for the entire galaxy.

But we can see through their lies. We know their true intentions. Beware, Crispy, for you have just met an opponent as devious and cunning as yourself, the opponent that will stop at nothing to stop your insurrection once and for all.

Dominion of the Xhodocto[]

ConXhodocto
  • Tier level: 0

  • Threat level: Extreme

The Dominion. Even speaking that name evokes dread and horror all across the Gigaquadrant. For the Dominion is dread and horror. For Dominion is the Xhodocto. The same Xhodocto that have purged the Gigaquadrant of life several times. For Deathmarch is the Corruptus. An unstoppable horde that turned our very comrades into mindless slaves to the entropic plague of dark god Shu'ulathoi. For Deathmarch is the Vyro'Ralza, ancient and scheming time entities, the Mali'Nar, spirits of death in our legends, the Cult of the Deathmarch, the deadly force horrible beyond comprehension...

The thrice-cursed demons of the Dominion, the Xhodocto, were our enemies for long, very long time. We fought during the Tigris War, in the Universe 66501 - we even descended to the Hell to destroy. Now, Xhodocto are bringing new friends with them - the Corruptus, the 21 Demons, the Vyro'Ralza and the fallen Messengers, the Mali'Nar. Neverthless, we shall fight and destroy them, for Spode!

Criminal rabble. We have nothing to say about them. Powerful? Maybe. Dangerous? No longer. Worthy of respect? Definitely not. The only thing they deserve is a slow, painful death, which we brough to its leaders, and which awaits all other surviving members of the Consortium.

Grox Empire (Andromedan Grox Empire)[]

MiniGrox
  • Tier level: 1
  • Status: Defeated
  • Threat level: None

The dreaded Grox Empire has long been the worst enemy of many civilisation all across the galaxy, only rivalled by horrible Xhodocto and their Legion of Deathmarch. An unstoppable dreadnaught of mechanical fury, it controlled millions of stars all across the Gigaquadrant, eternally marching in their crusade against all life. The very birth of our empire was marked by a conflict with the Grox, and we have been fighting in minor conflicts all over our history... but only during the War we faced the all-out war with them.

Shortly after the end of our conflict with the TIAF, the Grox Empire poured into Andromeda, apparently linked to their ancient homeworld that is located in the core of the galaxy. They were waging war in Segmentum Draco with our allies, the Draconid Imperium, in Umbra, in Crepusculum... everywhere, and only by great sacrifices could victory over the Grox be achieved. Their defeat has been one of the most glorious pages in the Dei'Ar Order's military history, and will be remembered for ages to come.

Borealis Grox Empire[]

MiniRegnatus

The Grox had always been a deadly, merciless enemy, but the Borealis Grox were a threat unlike any other; led by an immortal precursor, creating starships out of their own flesh, spreading madness and corruption whenever they came... the level of horror Regnatus' slaves spread made Grochius' atrocities seem tame in comparison. The same can be said of the sheer power the Borealis Grox possessed.

Neverthless, the Symphony of Flesh and Steel has once again proven that even the mightiest can be defeated through determination, faith, and superior firepower.

The Inheritance[]

The Inheritance is the mysterious robot system located in the Andromeda who has recently attacked our worlds, seemingly to protect the artifacts. Strange and unknown, these machines of white metal are as dangerous as they are obscure. We know nothing of their leaders, if there is any, of their culture, their organisation - nothing.

The Inheritance sports deadly technology and powerful weapons that equals that of DCP or even Shka'Tun. We are at war now, but we must find who they are first. We must know who created them. We must know why do they want to protect the artifacts from us... or protect us from the artifacts?

Legion of Badmanz[]

You might have expected the Lorons to be like they always should be. Primitive, barbaric, violent. What you would have never expect is that Lorons would be organised, intelligent, and deadly. The Legion of Badmanz is this. The army of deadly, terrible warriors clad in silver armour, they represent the power of the Lorons at a new, horrible level...

It is horrifying to understand that these brutes masterminded several attacks on our civilisation. They controlled Wentals to attack and nearly destroy our forces during the very beginning of Andromeda War, manipulated the Brood to attack Crepusculum itself... How could Lorons even accomplish that? We have learned the answer during the Andromeda War: the Legion was in the hands of the insidious Mali'Nar, Br'klakkon.

Now that Br'klakkon is dead, the Legion has been dissolved, and the surviving Lorons have been split into multiple warbads. We still have to be prepared, however, for it is said that Mali'Nar never die, and the Legion's insidious leader might one day return...

Khaxvis Resurgence[]

Khaxvis Resurgence was a small but powerful enemy of the Divinarium that we encountered during the Andromeda War. A group of Draconis rebels under the rule of Volkarus Khaxvis, a leader of the rogue noble house of the Imperium that considers himself to be a heir to the Draconis throne, the Resurgence has led an attack against the Draconid Imperium that we, together with the Draconis and the Brood, managed to suppress.

After the battle for Alcanti, the Resurgence vanished from the universe's face. However, we aren't sure that a rogue faction that was fighting the Draconis for so long could be defeated that easily. We are certain that they would be back. Neverthless, if the Khaxvis will dare to stand against our allies yet again, we will return to retailate with cold vengeance. The enemy of our friend is our enemy.

Devourer's Chosen[]

MiniGeltastra
  • Tier level: 3

The corruption of the dark demon Shu'ulathoi was a terrible and deadly foe, one that nearly destroyed the universe during the Second War of Black Fog. While it had been destroyed with the intervention of divine entities, the Corruptus, as Shu'ulathoi's legion was known, returned in Borealis Galaxy together with their new servants, the dreaded cultists known as the Devourer Chosen...

No being was invincible to the corruption. The influence of Shu'ulathoi had driven many to the madness and servitude to the Corruptus - including, sadly, many of our kind, including one of our military chaplains that is now known as the Dark Apostle Geltastra, the brooding mastermind of the cult.

But through faith and courage we have destroyed the misguided and insane with determination and power. We have made the Chosen know fear.
