The Realm of Dreams

The Veiro'Thoi (Vida'Rra language: Realm of Dreams) is an alternate dimension where all the dreams of living creatures are created.
History
Creation
The Realm of Dreams was created along with all other Planes of Existence in the dawn of reality. Being fueled by the Dream Energy which originated from the souls of all living beings, the Realm started to create "bubbles" which would leak into other dimensions in the form of dreams. The Realm also created Carmetego as an avatar and guardian for itself.
As Shu'ulathoi's prison

During the final moments of the War of Black Fog, Carmetego agreed to use the Realm of Dreams to imprison to incredibly powerful entropic beast known as Shu'ulathoi. As the energy of the Realm clashed with Shu'ulathoi, he was reduced to the size of an atom, and remained silent for billenia.
However, as time passed, Shu'ulathoi managed to overcome the Realm's damaging energies, and started to corrupt it. He would then start to leech out of dreams, leading to the creation of nightmares.
Second Coming
The forces battling in the Realm
After Shu'ulathoi fred himself during the Second War of Black Fog, the Realm of Dreams was totally corrupted, causing all life in the universe to suffer from terrible nightmares. As Shu'ulathoi was beaten, however, the corruption slowly dimished.
The Realm would later serve as the battlefield for the final battle between the universe and Shu'ulathoi. After Shu'ulathoi was defeated by Rhigeo Fuerq, the Realm reverted back to it's original state. However, it became permanently damaged, causing nightmares to still exist.
During the Annihilation, the Realm of Dreams served as hideout for numerous species, saved by Carmetego from the Ayrai'Shikua.
Characteristics
Description
The Realm of Dreams appear to mortal eyes as an infinite rainforest filled with gigantic crystals, floating islands and lakes. The Realm has a naturally calming effect on most living beings.
The Realm is composed of Dream Energy the same way the regular universe is composed of atoms and particles. This means the Realm has a very notable healing effect on users of celestial energies, and a terribly painful effect on chaotic energy users.
Time doesn't flow on the Realm of Dreams due to the total lack of Chronoscopic. This means everything inside the Realm is trapped in time and never ages.
Access
Due to being located in another part of reality, the Realm of Dreams is inaccessible to most species. Another drawback is the nature of the Dream Energy, which tends to annihilate any creature incapable of dealing with it, meaning only adapted creatures or creatures protected by some kind of essence shield can enter the Realm safely.
Entering the Realm also requires the equivalent energy of a supernova, which can only be controlled by the most advanced empires. Using this energy, it's possible to create a safe portal to the Realm which can remain open for several hours. However, the Realm's avatar Carmetego will stop creatures from entering depending on their objectives, alignment, past and personalities.
