Spice is the primary commodity of the Mochadia Galaxy. It is used for power, building, consumption, and occasionally as a floor polish or sleeping aid. There are many different types of spice which vary in rarity and price. Spice can be collected from mining colonies, stolen from other civilizations and empires, or bought from other empires. The spice is then sold to other empires for a profit. The mochadia galaxy has a different variety of spices than the other galaxies. Although there are millions of different spices, only the eight with signifiacant value are listed here. The majority of the spice produced is Yellow. Transparent, Purple and White spices have the highest value because they are less common than the other spices.

Each planet produces one color of spice. The color of spice that it produces is determined by the color of its star and the temperature of it's planets' surface. Moons do not always match the spice color of their parent planet.
