The Globling civil War began when the bio nation, made of people capable of controlling animals affected by globling gas, started assaulting the tech-nation, who were considered "impure" because they did'nt have that power. The cfight has gone on for awhile, with Rambo nation money fueling the Tech nation War effort, and the techcouncil( who had wasted the Rambo relief on purchasing art and other useless items instead of on the War effort) killed by admiral coscerto's tech-fleet, admiral coscerto now controls the tech nation with the respect of every globling citizen in his territory. in 4 days, the bio nation will be defeated by the Tech-nation forces
