The Fomaraigh Tribes are loosely organized fighters, similar to their Kulaung adversaries, but more focused on the use of Dark Magic and such, while collecting various horrific Chaos and Primordial beasts alongside their armies. The Fomaraigh do not care for honor or fairness in a fight, only seeking to win, crush and smash their way through their targets, while dragging away the survivors to their alters and primitive tribes to sacrifice and slaughter in the honor of their Dark Gods.

Shraels are the basic laborers and workers of the Fomaraigh tribes, low-level members that are either the newest to come about from the Spawning Grounds, the mysterious origin of the Fomaraigh, or members who have not yet earned and gotten the respect of their tribes, forcing them to be small and stunted compared to their larger and more brutish kindred. Shraels are deployed as hunters, scouts and forward guerillas for the Fomaraigh, moving ahead to trap animals and beasts, drag away captives from their nets and traps and report on the possible movements of the enemy armies coming into their swamps and fens. Shraels will do whatever is needed to slow down, ambush and keep the armies of their foes on their toes, and slow them down so the Warriors and Nobles can mobilize and prepare their weapons all the better.

Shraels are armed with basic clubs and axes, using them in melee to smash and brain their foes in brutal melee once they can get close. The Shraels are not strong, and are weaker on average then even most baseline, unaltered humans, relying on their speed and dexterity to brain and bash their foes before they can counter attack. Outside of this, the Shraels will use their spears to throw into their targets at long range, showering their foes in javelins to skewer them upon their poisoned spear tips, extracted from the most dangerous fen Frogs, serpents and other beasts extracted and hunted from the swamps. Even one nick upon the flesh can cause them to die, making kills easier for the Shraels.

Shraels are faster moving then their brutish kin, and eager to earn their place in the Clan, and gain the favor of the God, Balor'kun. The Shraels are always patrolling the fens surrounding the Clan Castle, and are always the first enemies encounter, whether they realize it or not. Their traps are the first attack, and weaken and slow down the enemy, while when battle is joined, will eagerly throw themselves at the foes with the other Warriors, eager to prove themselves and become full members in their own right.

Warriors are the standard fighting force of every Fomaraigh Clan-Tribe, the Clans having many regiments of hundreds of these powerful warriors, sending their reptilian fighters into the thick of battle with heavy, brutalizing weapons of war to sunder and shatter the bodies of the weak and toss them aside. Having spent so long serving the tribe, or just gotten the beast from their captures, the Fomaraigh have developed into strong-bodied creatures of impressive will and endurance, showing their pride in their status and strength by wading into the worst battles, and finishing what their Shrael cousins started. They are the ones that keep order among the slaves, who do the hardest fighting, hold the lines against enemy charges, and defend the Clan Fort from surprise attacks that make it through their fog and swamp traps.

Fomaraigh Warriors are slow to move and charge at their foes, their heavy, muscled frames durable but slow to move. As such, the One Eyed Fen beasts rely on their quicker cousins to deliver spears, darts and other fast attacks at the foe and in their flanks, before they charge the distracted foes themselves, using their brutal crushing maces, chopping axes and cleavers to finish the job, waylaying into the ranks with brutal if inelegant precision with every hit. With their armor and shields, and the natural scaled hides, these creatures can simply ignore most of the hits thrown at them by their foes, before cleaving into them again and again.

When Balor'kun calls upon his fearsome servants, they eagerly march in stride to his wars and kill his foes, their strength spelling the doom of everything from individual soldiers, entire regiments and whole kingdoms, and combined with their zealous and single-minded disposition, very few forces can demoralize or stop them from engaging each other in battle. Once done, they are often the ones to drag prisoners back to their castles, to act as slaves, mutation experiments, sacrifices and meat for their Hatchlings. All of this and more the Fomaraigh Warriors accomplish, for they view their every action as the divine will of Balor'kun put onto the mortal world, and must do their best to appease their god.
