The Elysian Empire is a little empire secluded near the tip of the Carina Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy. The Empire is ruled by a group of 7 high-ranking individuals called "The Elysian Council" who each have an important role to play in society, for example general or head scientist. The Highest Ranking Council Member is Bascaran, who is also the only Certified Interstellar Captain apart from the other 6 Council Members.

This section lists all the council members and their roles in Elysian society.
Osvan[]
Osvan is the head scientist of the Elysian empire. He is the individual responsible for a lot of advancements to Technology and Arcana, including (but not limited to) their artificial brain-like structures in buildings and also the FTL Drives currently used. Some say he is working on a new FTL Drive design. Only time will tell if that is correct.
Marnas[]
Marnas is the chief artificer and chief communicator of the Elysian Empire. He is the one responsible for keeping Track of things like allies, enemies, known Empires, Stock Markets etc. He also makes sure the Elysian Communication Network is up and running.
Terravis[]
Terravis is the head mechanic of the Elysian Empire. She makes sure that all the mechanical bits of important things stay working. She is also the boss of a mechanics company and loves fixing things in her spare time.
Bascaran[]
As is to be expected, Bascaran also has a Seat in the Council. He is the Founder of the Council and also its highest Ranked Member.
Krizlik[]
Krizlik is the Military Officer highest Degree of the Elysian Empire. He makes sure the Military is coordinated and working as intended.
Ellows[]
Ellows is the Chief Colonization Planner of the Elysian Empire. He is the Individual behind the Expansion of the Elysian Empire and also a big Fan of Pizza.
Dorshan[]
Dorshan is the Economics Manager of the Elysian Empire. He makes sure the Economy is doing well, expands on it and makes sure it doesn't fall over on Itself like Krizlik's Card Sculptures do all the Time.
