For the Dynastic Systems and its Grand Dynastic Legional Force,
I hereby solemnly swear my Oath of Course,
For the protection and safety of those under the thrice pointed creed
I fight and pledge my life, thus I have decreed.

I lay my life, my loyalty, my soul to take,
And the sacrifice that we all make
Is rendered naught in the face of the dark beyond
In the face of death, I will never fear, for I will never abscond.

If I may die at my noble post,
I shall lie easy knowing thus,
That as I die, the thrice-pointed creed lives forever on,
And the Dynasty will survive forever, and so will its great Dynastic paragon

For the Dynastic Systems and its Grand Dynastic Legional Force,
I hereby solemnly swear my Oath of Course,
For the protection and safety of those under the thrice pointed creed
I fight and pledge my life, thus I have decreed.

- Oath of the Primus Legions

The Honorary Aegis Forces for the Defense of the Dynasty (Abbreviations: HAFDD, CMARVN, VAITF, DAF, Vhei Salirian: Cortharis Mal’ahvir Rodahris se Vhar’Namakar; also Dynastic Navy, Dynast’s Vengeance, Dynastic Aegis Corps, Aegis Forces,) is the military arm of the Dynastic Systems. Outside of local colonial defence forces, they act as both a fleet and ground assault force with separate divisions for each part of combat - terrestrial and extraterrestrial. Dynastic soldiers are recognized by their predominantly grey and brown uniforms and armor, and as well as the Dynast’s characteristic 6 pronged star (often referred to as the “thrice pointed creed”) that’s usually emblazoned on a badge on the shoulder or right breast of the soldier in question.

While not the largest military force in the Mirus Galaxy, the Dynastic military is among the most well-trained and well-oiled forces that are kept constantly on alert, capable of being deployed within the timespan of a week at minimum. The Dynastic military possesses vast resources and factories, constantly churning out enormous fleets and allowing the Dynasty to put down pressure on many of the Dynasty’s more irreputable enemies.

TrainingEdit

The Dynastic military boasts an extremely varied training regimen. Naval cadets are exposed to a wide repertoire of drills, exercises, and techniques. Naval cadets are trained to operate their ship and understand every s8ngle functioning part of their starship and how it operates. Armored vehicle drivers, as well as pilots of atmospheric craft, are trained in every single wire and part of their vehicles. Soldiers and cadets are trained in the usage and techniques of multiple styles of martial arts - and oftentimes, this includes the addition of meditation and Essence-related practices. This is to improve the sharpness of the mind and body, and ensure that soldiers are strong in their willpower. Officers of the army and navy are given lessons in military stratagem, history, and etiquette as an additional course to the typical soldier’s regimen. Officers are taught history of military strategy, as well as examples of modern strategy, and are often (if not always) educated by an individual that stands at Group Captain or higher. Officers are taught the examples of Salirian ideals of honor and kindness; to protect the innocent, to enforce justice, and to do the right thing.
