The grand alliances[]

LoveRelation

See also: Grand Three and War of Ages/Onuris Alliance.

The Krassio[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1.5
  • Threat assessment: Considerable (as an empire) to extreme (now ascended). The Krassio are some of the most magnificent warriors we have ever seen. In ground warfare their psionic abilities might better all but our most well equipped soldiers. However, their society of feudal, they must build their armies, and having only 200 ships per sector and military strongholds that are widespread is a great disadvantage. Their ships are as if not more advanced as our own however. Our military and resources outnumber theirs hugely, but they could damage us mentally. A way around this might be our automated weapons and surprise tactics however. War is very unlikely if not impossible fortunately. If we ever did go to war we would ensure them an honourable fight.

Our strongest allies in terms of technology and military force. We are in both awe and honour to the Krassio and the Krass. We have fought together against the forces of evil. Their psionic technology is is also fascinating as it works under completely different principles to ours.

Galactic Empire of Cyrannus (formerly Republic)[]

  • Basic info: High tier.
  • Threat assessment: High to extreme, neither would gain from conflict. Our firepower and industrial base (while different) is on-par, sheer size would make invasion of their space likely to draw, while the Imperials would struggle to invade our space due to the Maelstrom-effect on hyperdrives.

The Capricyránae, and later their closes allegiances in Cyrannus have become our strongest alliance to have formed outside the War of Ages. Their cooperation with us and the Rambo, and the deep connections that link Cyrannus and the Quadrants has allowed a strong relationship to develop. They founded the United Republic of Cyrannus and it's successor, the Galactic Empire of Cyrannus. Their rate of expansion and technological advancement has amazed us, they helped instigate the hyperspatial revolution. But this goes to show the power of the Capricornians, who consist of thirteen known races each notable for many different contributions to the Cyrannus galaxy, although the Libertus are the first we met. They are a force for peace and order and are best representatives for the Onuris alliance, Seven Starr Alliance and similar organisations. We also thank the Capricornians, one of their many great captains, Helo Roslia released us from the Omegapoint, which we were mysteriously transported to after our sacrifice for the Milky Way.

However the Undying-Council is glad they took a more authoritarian approach on their colonies after the Great Cyrannus War, although it is unfortunate that it has not yet found peace the New Cyrannian Republic. Our commitment is to the Capricornians, thus we hope both factions understand that we do not wish to favour one over the other in times of turmoil.

New Cyrannian Republic[]

  • Basic info: High tier.
  • Threat assessment: Considerable to high, neither would gain from conflict.

Although there are differences in the Undying-Council's preferences between the New Cyrannian Republic and the Empire, there is a notable sense of friendship and gratitude shared between some leaders our Coalition and the Republic, a warmness that has not been felt with the Empire, even if their politics are more favourable. However, the Coaslition is committed to to help keep the peace between both civilisations.

Rambo Nation[]

  • Basic info: High tier.
  • Threat assessment: Moderate to considerable.

The Rambo Nation are our greatest ally, they are an intelligent empire, one of the greatest, of great captains and their philosophy is much needed in such a universe of chaos. They are a light of hope for everyone. And actually, if it was not for the Rambo warning us, the DCP would never have known about the War of Ages until it was too late, and we would have perished in the Scourge. So, we are in their debt, and we have sworn to protect them, even enough to give them some of the our technology.

Apalos[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1, hyperspatial revolution.
  • Threat assessment: High. Access to technology that rivals and exceeds our own, and vast knowledge from the AI Netspace.

The Apalos emerged from the Girdo like a creature from a chrysalis. In that metamorphosis were DCP minds as well. The Apalos are every bit as alien to normal politics as the Girdo were, and powerful to, having a high density of Tier 1 technologies, and so it is hard to know where we stand. However, the Apalos are useful intermediates between the Cooperative and the AI Netspace, therefore good relations are beneficial, especially in the New Grox Wars. This means the Apalos have more than just a wealth of knowledge, but wisdom too. In spite of this, they have removed themselves mysteriously from this role, thus again, the wisdom of their ways has become an enigma.

Plazith Rim Cooperative (and benign regions of the AI Netspace)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1
  • Threat assessment: High to extreme.

The Plazith Rim Cooperative (also known as the Milky Way Cooperative, or "Civilisation" by the AI Netspace) are a literal cooperative organisation founded by ourselves, humanity and the Girdo, but under the principles taught by the Plazithian Precursors. We have a promise not to interfere with it politically, as it stands as a distinct organisation that sits intermediate between organics and the AI Netspace, which were awoken by the intelligences we created. It upholds Sentient rights, protection, sanctuary, worldbuilding, science and knowledge acquisition, and even defence. The Cooperative quickly became mediators of change.

Sadly in the Gigaquadrant conflicts, the Cooperative has gained the blame for the Halycon B incident, as well as being picked on temporary movement. But recently in the Great Xonexian Schism, many of our researchers are coming to believe the Plazith Rim Cooperative's personality has changed. It has become more like a hegemonic polity, refers to itself as "Civilisation" and upholds advancing a "postsentient" condition more so than being tolerant to sentience, as it was before. This Civilisation seems to be taking the war into their own hands, demanding their own leader, and using superweapons. Could the Civilisation have split from the Cooperative? Further investigation is necessary.

Allies[]

Green face

Vyro'Narza[]

  • Basic info: Tier 0
  • Threat assessment: Beyond our scope, they could quite easily wipe the DCP out from another dimension or even prevent significant events in our history from occurring.

Also known as the Taldar in realspace form, the Vyro'Narza are unusual amongst Essentials and Precursors for their wealth of interaction. Benevolent towards us, they helped us more than few times in the past, such as defeating the Nanohorde threat and saving reality. Even more unusually, they have gifted us artifacts that are miraculous and appear to have supra-quantum properties which has benefitted us in the War of Ages and Second War of Black Fog. We believe that the Taldar are desperate really.

Indoctrinate Collective[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2 to 1
  • Threat assessment: Moderate, considerable reach as members of Mou'Cyran, Seven Starr Alliance and Onuris.

The Delpha Coalition of Planets has lot in common with the Dracognarious and the empire they founded. We first met centuries ago fighting a common enemy, the Grox and Marinox. The fall of the latter paved way to victory, and from there, we expanded from the core with a strong ally, jointly forming the Seven Starr Alliance with the Oimonsk, another empire of scientists.

We have remained in good relations with the Dracognarious, we have supported each other in the war against Shu'rimrodir and legions of the Corruptus in the Second War of Black Fog; and in creating a new kind of galactic society. We are sad that the Indoctrinate Collective felt the need to leave Plazith behind, but we hope to keep strong ties, and have aided their mass exit from the galaxy, which was done in style. Entire stars transported through wormholes and the biggest known astroengineering project in recorded history.

Unified Nation of Ottzello[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Considerable.

We encountered members of this nation before they had unified, such as the Ottzel, Gykar, Galot, Inalton and Ioketa and developed good relations in the Loron wars which saw us working with the natives to prevent Emperor Zargoth from gaining a foothold using Taldar artifacts, and that would have been bad news for us all. Our own colonists, the Noro-Grimbolsaurians became well-integrated into the galaxy. Events in Ottzello soon spiralled into wind of change through the gigaquadrant. It is unfortunate that Ottzello could not be saved so it could be made secure, but we promise to aid the new Unified Nation of Ottzello in achieving this in Borealis. We have much gratitude towards the UNO, for they have shown strong support for our point of view and action in the Great Xonexian Schism.

Defensive System's Bloc[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate.

We and the Defensive System's Bloc both share the same goals of destroying evil. Together, we have made the Milky Way a more ordered place.

Fjord League of Northern Europe[]

  • Basic info: Tier 3
  • Threat assessment: Moderate.

Despite their spoffit-soft politics, the Fjord League has put their differences aside and helped us the in the Vermulan wars and the Mantisorac crisis. They are undeniably an efficient power, recovering quickly in their history from the wars humanity inflicts on itself.

Allied Terran Republic[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate to considerate military threat, considerable political influence.

There is so much to be said about humanity. We once considered them a "chaotic teenage species" and dull, physically and mentally. However, these preconception have been proven wrong, as humans have had quite a significant influence on their side of the galaxy. They appear to have some mysterious qualities, such as endurance, luck and curiosity. But they are a paradox, they could be the dominant species in the civilised universe, if not for their lack of social intelligence, which makes them war with their own people more than anyone we know. Humanity also unleashed the Xhodocto on the universe, and in the past, had a precursor civilisation that exceeded technology today.

Unlike the Human Superstate (see below), the Allied Terran Republic were able to unite into a nation by themselves despite cultural differences. We have much more faith in the ATR's future. But we do not think their political system is very strong, and the ATR joining the Mou'Cyran Accords worries us that they do have the gumption to unite with other human superpowers.

Unified Order of Cognalorilos[]

  • Basic info: High tier.
  • Threat assessment: Moderate to considerable.

The Unified Order of Cognalorilos are a faction that has split away from the Cognatus Empire. They have proven to be tolerant in their alliance with the New Cyrannus Republic, and that benefits the Republic with defence and trade. This has allowed the DCP and Cognatus a chance to interact in peaceful circumstances.

Good relations, friends of the Coalition[]

Blue face

Human Superstate (formerly Orion League) and Kindred Coalition[]

But all is not lost, we shall tame humanity to become united and to respect galactic order. When united, humanity has exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, this fostering has been muddied by the actions of the Draconid Imperium, and forced the Orion League to go to war with our Kindred Coalition. With the Orion League defeated, we ushered in a new superstate.

Failing this, we will have no choice but to absorb the Superstate and Coalition. There cannot be two forms of "order" in our galaxy.

Increasing relations[]

Magellanic Sovereignty of Planets[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate threat.

The Megallanic Sovereignty of Planets is an empire who's origin dates back to the seperatists, who instigated the DCP Civil War, the largest revolution against his excellence, the Emperor and Council. For a long time we have regarded them as rebel filth, and have had several wars with them. However, when we returned after the Annihilation, we had found they were terraforming Mirenton and our old territories, not wanting this persistant enemy any longer, and we have forgiven the Magellanic Sovereignty of Planets, who we are now increasing our relations with.

United Lanat Empire[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate.

The ULE is an empire similar to ours, born out of the ashes of war. Despite our similarities, they have caused troubles for our allies, the Rambo and United Republic of Cyrannus, and for this, we are not best friends. However, they did make a truce with us for a while. Recently, they helped the CAS attack us, but in the end we pushed them back again. We did consider them nearly enemies, but it is obvious that we would destroy them if we wanted, for this they may be careful of attacking us. Recently we have signed another treaty of peace, but it will be our last, if relations fail again.

Fordanta[]

  • Basic info: High Tier
  • Threat assessment: Until recectly most of their population was restricted to their void, although they are now spreading throughout their galaxy. They achieved in defeating the Grox, an admirable achievement. If we were at war the protection of their Void would be put to the test. However, their skilled warriors mean they could put up every good fight against our forces.

They are one of the most highly skilled race of warriors we know, and their ability to teleport to almost anywhere in the universe in the name of justice is admirable.

Deteriorating relations[]

May or may not be two-way.

Radeon & The Divinarium[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate, considerable as members of the AGC.

A century ago, and the DCP would have declared war on the Radeon, but in the last few decades we have grown tolerate the more peaceful followers of Spode until the point of our alliance with the Radeon. They have proved to be good allies over the years, and are highly industrious, even though their missionaries banging on our doors trying to convert us does annoy. Recently, we have discovered uncanny connections between the ancient history of the Delpha Sector and the Church.

In the Great Xonexian Schism, we have great reason to suspect the Divinarium are on the wrong side. Time will tell if pleasantries with the Radeon shall end.

Cephalodian Imperium[]

  • Tier: 4, 2 under the Cooperative,
  • Threat assessment: Negligible, annoyance.

Bunch of ecowarriors and tree huggers. These hippies can become an annoyance to us. We don't have time to protect environments, we need vast resources. So just leave us alone.

Kicathian Republic[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2, expanding.
  • Threat assessment: Considerable

The Kicath Remnant are a relatively strong Tier 2 empire in the Milky Way and Borealis galaxies, owing to their eager expansion and assimilation into the known universe. For a long time, stories of their warriors have reached our space, though he Kicath gave us wide birth, but over the years, we have enjoyed a working with both the Kicath empire (until they joined the Dominion) and remnant since they came to us requesting aid with hyperdrive technology, and since then have fought in some pivotal battles. What we have in common with the Kicath includes similar political ideals, however, in very recent times, the Kicath Remnant seems to be increasingly distancing itself from us again.

Former allies[]

Face sadness

Draconid Imperium & their Andromedan Galactic Commonwealth (now respected enemies)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1
  • Threat assessment: Considerable to high.

A recent and rather large civilisation which recently entered intergalactic politics, the Draconis seem to have created a strong nation that has had the test of time for hundreds of thousands of years. They are perhaps, technologically stagnant, despite the fact they have the hallmarks of a mid-class 2 civilisation, harnessing stars and even black holes. At this point civilisations either stay as they are in post-scarcity or continue to advance if not destroyed by another alien civilisation, this is not a criticism, to have stood all this time they prove to be tough. Times are changing now for them however, with their recent advances in wormhole technology and engagements in the Andromed war.

There is attempts to improve relations, our joint mission to the core of Andromeda went well on the side of publicity.

TBC

The Tybusen Intergalactic Allied Federation (enemies)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate.

We have fought for many of the same causes and indeed are valued allies of the Coalition. The Tybusens are a stubborn race however, far too stubborn for their own good. The status of these allies are either unknown to us, have changed government, or no-longer functioning as independent governments.

TBC

Jarquvix Federation (extinct?)[]

We were in good relations, until they threatened the Capricorn Sector Alliance (old URC) with war.

The Dacean (extinct?)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1.2
  • Threat assessment: Very high.

We met the Deacean in the Second gigaquadrant. They are incredibly powerful beings made from vacuum energy itself and are one of the few we know who can make a stand against the Xhodocto. Despite all this, the Dacean seem to have good and honest intentions.

Sporemaster Alliance (extinct?)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1.9
  • Threat assessment: Moderate. They are a loose alliance that could be picked off.

They are a very large empire on the borders of known space. Some are ancient, and many are mysterious. After their cibil war we are conducting a mission to have more formal communications.

Gablinus-Avis (extinct)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 3
  • Threat assessment: None.

Man those birds loved to partay. Shame they're dead.

United Veatrex Federation (unknown)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 3
  • Threat assessment: Low.

Although we have not communicated much since their seclusion, we have have good reltions in the past.

Gjigantrox Star Empire[]

  • Basic info: Tier 4/3
  • Threat assessment: Low.

They are loyal allies. We aided them in the liberation of theor oppressive government.

Intergalactic House of Order[]

Theu uphold a good stance.

Teffel Republic[]

Our alliance with these pacifists goes a looooooooong way back to the early years of the SSA.

Zagorian[]

We miss the Zagorian empire.

Pondsisosa Federation[]

They tried to desperatly fight the Xhodocto, and when they vanished we assumed they were destroyed. However, they did survive. They are advanced in technology but only live in a small number of planets.

Pepis Empire[]

  • Basic info: Tier 5
  • Threat assessment: Negligible.

The Pepis are a kind species, who lead very perfect lives, with lots of free time and pleasure, something so rare amonst other empires. This interests the DCP greatly as perhaps they are less materialistic. Usually, tier 5 and even 4 empires do not interest us, but something about this empire drew our attention when they requested first contact. However, as they began thir forays in space, they discovered that not everyone is as friendly as they are, and will use what resources are nescessary. This realisation caused a civil war on their homeworld, which weakened and divided them. However, we have guided this empire from almost absolute extinction, and they have great potential.

Naxridon Empire[]

  • Basic info: Tier 5
  • Threat assessment: Negligible.

They are barely spacefaring when they got caught up in a universal war they couldn't yet comprehend, so we took them under our protection and led them to the Sagittarius Dwarf, next to the Milky Way galaxy.

Jovar Empire[]

  • Basic info: Tier 2
  • Threat assessment: Moderate, though they do have a large fleet.

They are a strong species, created by humans. We helped them find their creators. Now they have split, and we will observe what is their future.

Aeropagus[]

  • Basic info: High.
  • Threat assessment: Extreme. The Shka'Tun Imperium has similar technology to ours, however, their empire is much larger. There would be mutual damage, if either indeed either universe.

They are one of the most powerful empires we have encountered, rivalling even our construction abilities. Their fleet, however, is much larger than ours, perhaps larger than all the ships combined from our universe, although countless ships from our universe have been destroyed in the xenocides of the War of Ages though. Their technology parallels ours in their own universe, they are kind of the DCP from their own. They make good allies, and without them allowing entry into their universe, all of Onuris would have been destroyed. In return, we decided to rid them of the Sphagarzi menace. Now essential members of Onuris, they have continued to be very helpful.

Empire of the Core (unknown)[]

  • Basic info: Tier 1.7
  • Threat assessment: High. They have both a large epire as well as similar-powered technologies.

Out of the mysterious Xanthrus cluster, this grand civilization is probably one of the wealthiest civilizations in known space. Their technology is on par with ours, however, the founders, the Ravenrii, turn out to be one of the Omnipotent Four, they have simply forgotten their potential during the Xhodocto's dormancy. In someways however, we do not trust the Core Empire. They betrayed us, making a huge "Commonweath of Delpha" next door to us, although we now have it back. The way they infilturated galactic organizations is also alarming.
