History[]
For many years the Reti Pomus were a tribal species obsessed by the wonderful creatures and plants surround them. Each tribe had a different cult in honor of the nature and her aspects, living in the equatorial planet of Anctan, a planet whose flora and fauna seemed so perfect they could only have been made in a planned way.
These obssesion led the Reti Pomus to the advancement of technology and the rise of industries that had the desire to copy the perfection of nature of Anctan. In the middle of this industrialization a new way of thinking appeared, called "Bionism".
The Bionism spread, and reached the new industrialized governments. With a new, open-minded government, the studies of the genetic manipulation and bio-engineering started to grow and new companies rose.
The CEO of one of these new start-ups were Cretos Lev. Cretos Lev(As Bionism) need a whole page about it. Cretos was a follower of Bionism, his company worked with genetic modification and was prospering and making money.
New body changes, new pets, new medicines and diseases led to an age of prosperity and the believe in the capitalism as the perfect economic system. These believe made governments pro free trade and into a new revolution.
The First Bio-Revolution (0 AL)
With the rose of companies, the most powerful of them started to desire the control of government, and led to a corporation's war. With a fragile government and the free market policies, the war just happened. Using the new Bio Weapons, the companies started to auto destroy themselves. But Cretos Lev was a big dealer and conviced the goverment to pass trought a great reform. These type of goverment currently remains, but led to a new revolution...
The Second Bio-Revolution (236 AL)
So the companies has grown and new products began to be produced, but one company made a new step trought the bio-engineering, the full creation of a sencient creature, the Primera. Ok, now was time to worry about these advancements. The Primera are good creatures to manual work and are stronger than the Reti Pomus, but the invention of these creature led to a ethical debate.
So Reti Pomus and Primera individuals starts to protest demanding for equal rights for all sencient creature in the Assembly of Biotka natural or synthetic. The Assembly approved the decree 332, the final victory for the revolution.
Space Revolution-Today
After the revolutions the technolgy continued to grow and now, to the others stars. The Luna Co. discover a way to change a bacteria to make a great material that supports the cold and barren space. The first ships left the planet, and started to explore the space. After some time, the population of Anctan started to grow fast and fast, and the bio-factories were losing space, so the companies colonized a planet to make their experiments and products. Now, the Assembly seek new agreements and profitable trade routes, to ensure a fair and prosperous commerce.
Goverment[]
The government as the name say is formed by an huge Assembly that embrace the bigger corporations in all empire. The corporation's representative discuss the future of the market and the planets to be colonized, reforms and they are responsible for the keeping of freedom.
The three biggest corporation's representatives are the leader of the Assembly, establish after the first Bio-Revolution (0 after Lev). This was made to prevents a new corporations war to happen again.
Military[]
The Assembly don't care much to military forces, we just produce them, most of the time we don't use. As a trader empire, we prefer to deal with problems by win-win agreements. But, our forces are manly formed by Live-Weapons and cloning individuals.
Economy[]
As said before, the Assembly believe in the free trade, so the empire profits with the trade. The knowledge of Biology make the empire a major exporter of genetic modified plants and animals, like virus, more resistant mounts, bigger cattle, body modifications and the most valuable: The Live-Weapons.
The Live-Weapons are animals that somo parts of its body were replaced by metal, guns, wires, etc. Some of them has the own body as a organic weapon, that can be a really useful strategy in the war. Some empires buy a lot of these specimens to use in war with another empire. Because of this, Biotka takes a neutral position in conflicts.
