Aaryan Tartus is the first leader of the Ataraoyicans when they merged with the Klingons and Horus and formed the Technocracy of Quark. He became leader because he was one of the most knowledgeable and skillful of the Ataraoyicans. He became leader when he was twenty-three. Due to his young age, he needed many advisors and needed to learn how to live away from his family. At the age of twenty-seven, he nearly died after he was attacked by Muhammmad Elbeglorij in a senate meeting discussing how to react to non-technocracyians.
