Alliance[]

For your information, the Seven Starr Alliance is in a state of alert (because of me). Would you mind allying the Jarquvix Federation? It would be a help! Your allies, the Trucinex, are welcome to ally as well if they wish. After we win, you shall be given billions of Radeon as slaves! For behold, if their religion (which preaches against your own) is not exterminated, you will be, by the SSA's sheer strenth! Behold, Vartekian empire, the greatness of your empire! Did it not take millions of your own, enlightened race just to build it where it is now? You are great and powerful, show your power by fighting on my side! Behold, BLOOD CALLS TO BLOOD! Long live your empire, and our alliance, if you desire to ally with us! We plead of thee, grand, omnipotent, and powerful Vartekian Empire! Consider war against evil incarnate! Help to purify this reality, once, and for all! Jex1 19:44, March 26, 2010 (UTC)

Incoming Transmission from the Jarquvix Federation[]

Your alliance is duly accepted. May it last long! Anyhow, there are a few empires that you are within bombing reach of (and these empires are SSA members, and they are UNABLE to defend themselves!), so would you mind doing a favor? If accepted, we shall send a large task force to aid you. Only limited Vartekian lifes will be lost, I assure you. Jex1 12:25, March 28, 2010 (UTC)

Possible Storyline[]

Hey, I've planned the DCP betrayal with Lucario and Wormulon. Turns out the CorFed is going to take control of the capital and the last systems peacefully. Emperor Wormulon wil escape, but we won't fire at any of our allies-all we want is peace and progress, and the old regime was corrupt and decadent-the peoples of the DCP needed change. We guarantee that we shall give the DCP's control back to the new regime peacefully,. Could your Empire forgive the CorFed? After all, we did everything peacefully and swiftly, and ended the tiresome war. Once the DCP has its new regime (the Warlords), the Warlord's allies will stop fighting against the ones that sided with the Emperor. Could you do that too, as soon as the CorFed captures the last systems? Then the war will be over and the Emperor wil have lost.

Incoming Transmission from the Jarquvix Federation[]

As you may or may not know, we have begun a war with one of our former members, the Tybusen Federation. Although we are sending a fleet to destroy their capital, we fear that this war may be more difficult than originally anticipated. As allies to your race, we are asking that you send ships and troops to fight against the Tybusen and help our cause. Please respond as soon as possible.

A tip, You should add more Biological stats to the Vartekian, like on the Grimbys page.

You could for example add that the Vartekian are three and a half meters tall, even taller than the Grimbolsaurian!

3,5 meters O

3.5 meters!

Incoming transmission from the Tokzhalan Empire[]

Greetings, Vartekian Empire. We have heard that you once fought a war against a race known as the "Daleks". Another source that we have access to suggests that these same beings may have formed a small empire in the Plazith Rim, in the sector Sagittarius-3. We request all of the information about the Daleks that you have and can make available to us that is not already easily accessible in public records, so that we can decide whether or not to contact them and, if the former, what to do with them. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat of the true Empire

Well... those reports are different from the ones we've heard. Actually, the other ones seem to be more advanced in some ways (levitation capabilities instead of legs; shapeshifting manipulator arm ends instead of pure grappling tools), but with different force fields and twice as many rayguns (possibly more powerful and accurate guns, too). Thank you for your advice, we will remember it, but we will also be aware that there seem to be different variants of Dalek that we may encounter. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

Incoming Transmission[]

Greetings. I am the Imperious Leader, ruler of the Basileus Imperium, native to the Cyrannus Galaxy. We have been going across your logs and it appears that you have went to war with a race known as Caprisaurus libertas we would be humbled if you could give us all available information about them and their nation. While we are communicating, perhaps an alliance would be beneficial for our glorious empires?

-Imperious Leader of the Basileus Imperium

Haha! Fools! They have no trust for you! My advisors say you are intelligent! -Imperious Leader of the Basileus Imperium

Incoming transmission from the Tokzhalan Empire[]

We successfully managed to contact the Dalek Empire, and we managed to convince them into forming a sort of alliance with us. They intend to use our ships as "laser fodder" in some of their campaigns after we showed them our fighting skills in single combat (apparently, they've never encountered antimatter grenades before). I get the impression that they're too busy with something to try to exterminate us directly for the time being, although I have no idea what.

Anyway, they would like to thank you for participating in one of their experiments. Yes, it seems that the Daleks you encountered and the most commonly reported Daleks are the same - apparently a multiversal empire - and the ones you encountered were one of hundreds of variants used to test new technology and tactics on unsuspecting civilisations. On the subject of the actual Dalek creature, we can confirm from our analysis of three dead Daleks that features such as long tentacles and pale colour are probably common Dalek features, although the Daleks in question had been dead for several hours in a high-radiation environment (namely, their travel machines, after being shot by ion cannons) so we can't know for certain. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat of the true Empire

Yes, we are aware of the Daleks' tendencies towards such betrayal. We are preparing for it, as it will almost certainly be inevitable someday. Firstly, we are analysing those dead Daleks' casings to see if we can reverse-engineer any of their technology (primarily the offensive and defensive technology - their shielding, "Dalekanium", and "death rays"). Fortunately, the ion blasts merely disabled their travel machines, so they are still perfectly intact. Secondly, we will try to make ourselves invaluable to them for as long as possible. We're not entirely sure how to do that, but we have over seven hundred million minds in our Empire who can be put to work on that very issue if we ever have any problems with the Daleks. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

It might be useful technology for us to have, so we accept the offer. We'll see if we want to make use of it once we've fully analysed it. Is there any of our technology you would ike in return? Zero-point energy extractors, antimatter generators, quantum replicators, energy-to-matter converters, modified Staff of Life? We're not sure exactly as to what the full extent of your technological capabilities might be, so we can only guess as to what you might want out of our most high-tech products. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

Which technology would you like? Also, are you asking for us to give you some of our weapons technology, offering to give us some fo your weapons technology, or both?

As for what weapons we have, it's publically available in records of events such as the Battle of Sol - variable-power superlasers, ion cannon autoblasters, railgun-launched antimatter missiles, and Planet and Sun Busters - at least, as far as our spaceship weapons are concerned. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

You should probably choose what technology you want; you can even have all of it. Having not been involved in intergalactic affairs for very long, we're not sure how unique any of our technology actually is. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

Okay. We're transmitting the schematics for them now, and we're also sending a Warship filled with fully-operational replicators and ZPE-extractors to your coordinates so that you can have some working samples before you start building them. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat

incoming transmission from the ctron[]

You may have noticed the fordanta are running around calling us pests, so ovbiously we want to get back on their good side.

You are their allies, an alliance would help us alot.

do you agree?

Incoming transmission from the Tokzhalan Empire[]

Greetings, Vartekian Empire. A while ago, we gave you some of our technology, including prototype quantum replicators. We have since refined the design, and the older versions (and the zero-point energy extractors that you also received) are now almost obsolete. The new and improved quantum replicators contain zero-point energy extractors as a power supply, have energy-to-matter converters to produce the raw materials from practically nothing, and use subatomic restructuring technology (the actual "quantum replicator" part) to make anything from food to neutronium to antimatter and more.

As a gift (and so that you and my other main allies are not left out, since we're also offering them to a select few non-allied empires), you may have this new technology if you wish. All you need to do is tell us, and as soon as we receive the transmission, we'll load up some Warships with quantum replicators and send them to you. ~ Emperor Tokzhalat of the true Empire
