The Meaner[]
The Meaner are the sentient race on Planet Starfallarfar. They are always friendly unless they are misstreated, which is almost always a bad idea, for they control over 150 planets and over 70 solar systems.

Personality[]
The Meaner are impressionable, when they meet a new race, they will wait for a response and react accordingly. If they are admired or accepted, they will treat the new race respectfully and shower them with gifts. On the other hand, if they are threatened (or threaten their friends), attacked or taxed by other empires (this drives them nuts, they believe you shouldn't "pay to exist"), they will throw everything they can at you until you no longer exist.
