The ploops are slightly pleasant buerocratical people who will do (almost) anything for money. Alot like Vogons from Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy just slightly more generous. If you contact them they will get frustrated at you for not filling out proper registration forms. When they first started talking to other empires they rejeceyted use of the sporebuck because they had already had what they claimed was "the best and only currency system that should be used". They don't typiclly go to war as they have gone to war only once, because they claimed the Onklebedonk empire was asking for tribute when the ploops "had no money". Personallity the same as a human just slightly more greedy.
