The estuode is a cat-sized grazer that lives on seaweed and plankton. The headcrest and blades allows it to pulverize large chunks into softer pieces so that its filtering mouth doesn't get blocked.
It is a close relative of the firetrunk, a larger tuodine, and an unnamed carnivorous tuodine.
