I would've never believed the folklore about these beings until I saw one, their fiery eyes ignited in psionic fire, their warlocks floating aimlessly as they glowed with the same power. Their musculature, their pose, their violent yet controlled expression. I was sure that day, that the Civatron race was created for nothing more than to wage war upon the universe's enemies, and somehow I felt safe.
Ancient depiction of a Civatron.
The Civatrons are a reptilian race resembling the Crocodilia genus commonly seen on Earth. Originating from the planet Civa Prime in the Tigris Galaxy, they are renowned as a powerful and disciplined warrior race. Their fierce prowess and strategic leadership have been pivotal in numerous wars, notably the War of Ages and the Chandras Upheaval. As part of the psionically-gifted races collectively known as the Krassio, the Civatrons are considered their most famous representatives. They are key proponents of technological advancements in Neural Physics and are central to the multifaceted pseudo-religion known as Iluviism across the universe.
For many denizens of the First Gigaquadrant, witnessing a Civatron is akin to a divine revelation, as if beholding godlike warriors slaying monstrosities from beyond reality's veil. To walk or fight alongside the Firstborn of the Krass is akin to walking with demi-gods blessed with unfathomable power. This experience is both peace-inducing and dread-inspiring, for no mortal can truly understand the thoughts of a Civatron, yet the Civatrons surely know what thoughts lurk in the minds of mortal species.
Despite their reputation as perfect warriors, only a few military regiments or diplomats have ever witnessed Civatrons in action. Still, legends and myths abound, and tales of their heroic deeds during the epic War of Ages elevate them to the status of gods. From tribe elders to playful children across every system and station in the Gigaquadrant, stories of these towering, beautiful reptilians with flaming locks and eyes burning with divine psionic fire are widespread. They are considered the universe's most powerful demon-slayers, representing a beacon of hope against the constant threat of annihilation by the forces of Chaos and Evil. The Civatrons inspire all who face their inner and outer demons, being among the few races in the history of the First Gigaquadrant to have battled the Zhulultu on equal terms and emerged victorious.
The Civatrons are a reserved species, primarily caring for themselves but fulfilling their self-imposed role as protectors of the universe when necessary. While they are generally good-willed, they are feared for their merciless rampage on the battlefield during war. Their discipline is renowned across the galaxy, and some species have adopted their teachings to perfect themselves in the art of war. Even the slightest knowledge of Civatron combat discipline significantly enhances the physical prowess of other races due to its significant boost in integral growth, spiritually and physically. Dealing with them is challenging, as they are close-knit and reserved towards foreigners. Only certain species have earned their respect, typically those who have demonstrated military prowess by fighting alongside them or defeating them in combat. Such species are few and mostly belong to the most powerful empires in the universe.
In recent years, the Civatrons have come divided in different ideological and even religious levels. The Chandras Upheaval proved to be the turning point in their societal integrity, and the resulting factions stand opposed or partially aligned together out of interest or stark opposition to another faction. Regardless, Civatrons are singled out in the universe as the epitome of what a warrior race should be.
History[]
Early Era (9 million years)[]
Civatrons hail from the jungle world of Civa Prime, a planet with massive underground oceans, rivers, sinkholes, and lush tropical forests, . They did not evolve there, however, as they were genetically created and modified by the ancient psionic species called the Krass, a progenitor race that once controlled a vast portion of the Tigris Galaxy. The Krass boosted Civatron's biological development and induced upon the reptilian species their own DNA, as well as synthetizing their genetic material to embrace Psionic Energy, thus forming the first Psioinic DNA (P-DNA) in the universe.

The ruins the Krass intentionally left boosted the Civatron society a hundred-times fold
Granted with intelligence and self-awareness from the start, Civatrons quickly rose in Civa Prime's ecosystem as a dominant species.
Civatrons developed a tribal, druidic culture in their early civilization stages, where they migrated across Civa Prime. Their society continued to evolve in the following centuries but they retained their tribalistic units in one way or the other due to their psionic minds imprinting within their societal boundaries. As the tribes continued to dominate territories and resources, they would battle each other for dominance. The concept of powerful tribes, which little by little numbered sixteen, cemented their influence on Civatron society in a way that remains in the present era.
The Krass purposedly left derelict artifacts in Civa Prime in order to boost cultural and even religious interest in their latent psionic powers. As the Civatrons dug up these artifacts and structures, they began to form a religious view of the Krass, calling them their forefathers, and believing they were meant to follow their steps into the stars.
Scientists and Archeologists were the high authority in their philosophical views, as their findings of Krass technology were constantly interpreted and reverse-engineered. However, the warrior caste was the most respected branch of Civatron society, given the fact that these hardened reptilians were their protectors and conquerors.
The discovery of a particular set of ruins they called "Sumym-gi" revealed schematics to develop spaceships with anti-gravity engines, therefore enabling the Civatrons to take off from Civa Prime and into the Galactic community. Such a feat unified in a certain way the different tribes, creating the Civa Accords, or Civatron Tribes.
Civa Tribal Accords Era[]
Foundation (Early Period)[]

The Civa Tribal Accords marked the early Civatron Colonization in the Civa Sector.
As independent households, albeit united with each other to achieve the common goal of exploring the cosmos, strived to reach their own particular agendas, the early period of Civatron spacefaring was aggressively expansionist. Colony ships traveled from star to star, seeding planets with their predilect ecosystem and thus live in a similar way they did on Civa Prime. While planets with tropical environments or oceanic worlds became densely populated, Civatrons also established waypoints and outposts on the fringes of what they perceived as their territory. It was here that they first contacted other Krass-created species like the Andrudans and Juvans, forming trade with them and creating strong alliances.
This explosion of colonization and technological revolutions enlarged the concept of the tribes to planetary levels, with some such as the Kroc tribe reaching interstellar domains within Civatron space. To prevent quarrels and devasatating wars among the different tribes, the main households held a conference that led to the creation of the High Council of Judicators, appointed ministers that would rule and settle disputes that could not be solved by local judges or leaders. This gave form to a proto-Civatron Empire, albeit completely de-centralized and de-militarized, as each world was responsible of grooming its own warriors, with some excelling in it and others reveling on other affairs such as breeding food, trading goods, developing technology and trading all the aforementioned between them, slowly forming terms such as "Food World" and "Fortress World". It is important to highlight that there were no relevant conflicts in this early period, which is counted by the historians as a three-century-long golden age.
Technologically speaking, the Civatrons traveled using atomic fusion reactors from one star system to another and concepts such as shielding technology were barely developed during this stage of their history.
First Psionic Wars (Middle Period)[]
As the Civa Accords consolidated its colonies and established trade routes among the different tribes and foreign empires, it was a matter of time before the galactic community overall began to notice the Civatron presence. So far, the Civatrons had met a few species, making the first contact and establishing successful trade routes with them. However, the CTA never procured alliances, as it trusted its planetary armed forces from several key systems to run in the defense of a weaker world.
Everything changed when two different threats suddenly emerged to challenge the growth of the CTA. Civatron space was located largely on the Psi Quadrant of the Tigris Galaxy, by the what was known as the Cianju sector. But as the Civatrons expanded towards the borderline between the Psi and Xi quadrants, two different races saw the Civa Prime expansion as a threat to their interests.
The first of these sentient species were the Fourmican Hivemind, an insectoid species that had colonized an entire area of space known now largely known as the Fourmican Clouds, which sought to conquer and seed worlds with their own kind, as they had evolved from a brood of the Krass servitor species known as the Aozai.
The second and ultimately the most dangerous threat to the Civatrons at the time was the Minos Empire, one of the oldest contemporary civilizations in Tigris, who had made several minor civilizations and species regress technologically and socially to primitive stages and a pre-industrial stage. The Civatron expansion posed a threat to their hegemony and their sense of superiority.
This was not all. The growth of the Civatrons attracted a foe to be reckoned with. From the mid rim of the Xi Quadrant came corsair fleets that warped into CTA space and raided the colonies in the outer and mid fringes of the Civatron territory. They were led by the Vandal King, the legendary ruler of the Tigron Eternal, a loose variant of the ancient but powerful Grox.
Using their veteran arnada, the Minos dealt blows on several systems in the outer fringes of the Civatrn Tribes, forcing the latter to mobilize other planetary defenses in order to meet the Minos in combat. For several years, the Minos threat was the only one, and the conflict had grown into a stalemate. It was then when the Fourmican broods made planetfall across the CTA border, forcing the Civatrons to pull off from those sectors, spending their assets and resources in saving as many lives as possible from the worlds that had fallen prey. The Minos firepower and the Fourmican manpower were enemies to be reckoned with, and the CTA would have to find something that would give them the necessary edge they needed lest their proud empire would become a vassal of the Minos.
With ravaging fury, the Vandal and his corsair fleets, sanctioned by the Minos empire, attacked Civatron convoys and fleets. The destruction brought upon the Civatron race during those years was devastating and the Civatron Tribal Accords faced total defeat at the hands of its enemies.
It was then when, from the core worlds of the Civatron held space, a figure of prominence rose to fame and power, bringing knowledge of an ancient power hidden inside every living Civatron, ready to be used in favor of the CTA. This Civatron philosopher, named the Valader, had been once a chieftain figure in a small world, who had disappeared long ago in a self-imposed exile in search for existential enlightenment. The Valader discovered psionic essence and harnessed its power, becoming as a paragon of what the Civatron race could be.
With his return, the Valader introduced the Civatron race to Psionic Energy, setting the whole species on an spiritual and societal revolution that re-defined the rest of their history. Wether the Civatrons embraced the Valader's teachings out of desperate necessity or because of the sheer, awe-inspiring aura of the mighty Valader is unknown, but psionic energy proved to be the turning point of the war against the Minos, the Fourmican, and the Tirgon. The Civatron tribes handed the Valader with command of the Civatron armada and tasked him with defeating the Minos Empire's efforts to bring the Civatrons under their thrall.
Thus, the Civatrons challenged galaxy's status quo. Heroes met on both sides, and the Tigris Galaxy saw the start of a full-blown interstellar war. The Valader faced the Vandal threat while his most dedicated followers dealt with the Fourmican and Minos threats. With the mark of the first Psionic Revolution, the Civatron Wars, as their enemies dubbed them, lasted more than the Minos expected and ended in a completely different way.
After Fifty years of constant conflict between the Minos and Civatron empires, the CTA stood victorious over its foes, and became the largest space empire in the Tigris Galaxy by territorial extension. The Minos Prime Delegate of the Empire, near absolute ruler of the Minos, was forced to abdicate as their empire was reduced to several systems kept in quarantine by the Civatrons. The Fourmican remained an ever-present threat until far more years into the future, continuing the war in a lesser scale against the Civatrons. The Tirgon collapsed with the fall of their immortal ruler, and subsequently disintegrated into various factions until their reformation as a pirate cabal two centuries later.
First Psionic Revolution (Middle period)[]
Following the Civatron wars, the Civatrons had adopted psionic energy into some aspects of their military life, albeit many followed the Valader's teachings in order to learn more about their latent potential as psionics. Thanks to the technology acquired from the Minos, the Civatrons managed to reverse-engineer more functional Faster-than-light travel by building hyperdrives for their ships, and their weaponry and shielding was heavily influenced by the more superior Minos Empire.
Psionic energy steadily took over the minds of the highest researchers in Civatron history, following the Valader's steps of introspection and spiritual guidance. Psionics soon took over social aspects such as culture, politics and religion. The Civatrons began to abandon their belief in the Krass as their forefathers and "gods", albeit they continued to respect them as the species that ultimately gave them life due to more discoveries in other planets of their existence. Psionics became a rising trend in the Civatron military, where their warriors trained following the statutes of the first documents ever written by the Valader, who sought to spread his teachings across the Civatron empire and eventually, the entire galaxy. These documents were the cornerstone of what would become the Book of Discipline, the Civatrons' most revered work.
The Civatrons asserted their domain across the stars, although they did not intend to colonize more systems out of fear of finding another Minos-like empire. However, their size and deeds against the Minos, Fourmican and the Tirgon became effective deterrents against other threats in the years to come.
The Inquisition War (Late Era)[]

The Missionistus Order is the only Spodist faction ever to force the Civatrons to the brink of extinction.
Peace was shaken once again on the third century since the CTA's founding. The Civatrons were a well-established civilization known on most of the Tigris Galaxy. It was a regional power on the galactic East, often called the "Power of the East", where the Civatrons began friendly relationships with other likeminded species, such as the Andrudans and the Juvans, whom besides being reptilians like them, had been also designed by the Krass and that prospered alongside the Civatrons across the Psi Quadrant.
From the far reaches of the outer rims of the Xi Quadrant of Tigris, a wormhole that had not been used for hundreds of thousands of years gorged an entire fleet of aliens. This armada carried a banner by which all of the warships unified: Spode.
Spodism was a known religion on the Xi quadrant of the Tigris galaxy that spread like wildfire since its introduction. At first, the Civatrons genuinely believed that Spodism was just another way of seeing their own psionic studies, however, as time passed, Spodist followers proved hardened zealots that discriminately preached against the teachings of the Book of discipline, which started to become a philosophy used by the sectors within the Psi sector. Upon realizing that Spodism would never compete with the psionic essence within the Civatrons, and that no adherent empire in the galaxy would contend with the Civatrons, many followers of Spode fasted and prayed, seeking help in the skies of their planets and in the void of the cosmos until they were heard.
The new arrivals were called the Order of the Missionistus, where a radical military junta of Spodists bent on the purification of every system they deemed beyond salvation. The local spodists' prayers resonated in the minds of the Missionistus leadership as if transmitted by a higher force. Thus, the entire armada of this militant order traversed the wormhole from the Andromeda Galaxy into the Tigris galaxy with one thing in mind: extermination.
The first signs of the Missionistus for the Civatrons were probes and a small task force sent to gauge the Civatron fleet power, only to realize that, despite their technological progress imbued with psionic energy, the Civatrons were still miles away from the level of technology the Missionistus had. With uncalled violence, the Spodist fleet crushed the CTA's borderline colonies and outposts, decimating the border fleet in the Minosian Frontier as an ultimatum to the Civatrons, who were rendered paralyzed by the sudden attack of the unknown aliens. The spodists were well known all right, but these came with a fury never seen on the galaxy. The Missionistus were fighting a higher form of war, an intergalactic war.
With the Civatrons crippled in the Minosian Frontier, the Missionistus sent one and only message to the worlds of the CTA, demanding that they repented from their sinful ways and that they turned their lives to Spode. The Valader, the hero of the Civatrons and master of the CTA Defense force, rose to prominence once again, as he was asked to lead the defense once more. The CTA refused the Missionistus terms, and thus the Inquisition War took center stage in the Tigris Galaxy.
Of all the numerous advantages the Missionistus had against their prey, they lacked solely the ability to find the Civatron colonies in the Psi quadrant because of the high concentration of psionic users which created a dampening field to the Spodist sensors. The Missionistus dedicated their efforts to capture Civatron worlds whenever they found them in order to extract information from them. The Civatrons' loyalty to their own kind was unbreakable, proving it difficult for the followers of Spode to coordinate attacks. The Inquisition war's first stage was a guerrilla war for the Civatrons, as they focused only on fighting battles they knew they could win, all the while circumventing Spodist efforts to advance further into CTA space.
The war escalated, even more so when a Missionistus fleet entered an Andrudan controlled system by chance. Their readings detected Civatrons amidst the population, and so their ships bombarded the surface and exterminated the defense flotilla stationed there, provoking both the Juvax and Andross into the war. Both reptilian races opened diplomatic endeavors with the Civatrons and a defensive pact and alliance were formed among the three, creating the first signs of what would become the Cianju Alliance.
The founding of the alliance toppled the Missionistus numeral and industrial advantage, but the Civatrons could have never proven victorious in the last stages of the war if two crucial factors had not playe their parts. The first a powerful individual never arisen and lead their forces to numerous key wins. A Civatron young psionic master had continuously proven really effective on commanding ships and leading troops into battle, winning the people of the systems he liberated. His name echoed among the alliance like a hymn: Master Kroc.
The second came from a part of the galaxy still unexplored by the Civatrons: the galactic core. Like a miraculous providence from the heavens, the Core Federation of Systems, simply called the CoreFed, launched an assault against Missionistus held worlds in an attack to deplete Missionistus forces. The CoreFed pledged themselves to the Civatrons, invoking an ancient but divine vow to protect the children of the Krass from any force seeking to exterminate them.
Master Kroc's genius, plus the allied efforts to push the Missionistus out of their territories began to bear fruit. Little by little, planet by planet, 60 years of war were finally over. Finally, the allied forces battled the Missionistus at the Wormhole Plateau, a region of space that where the wormhole to Andromeda and the Milky Way resided. The aftermath of the war did not only see the retreat of the Missioinistus to their galaxy, they also managed to take further use of the wormhole from the Spodists. As it turns out, the Seven Starr Alliance, a powerful organization across the universe, punished the Missionistus Order for misuse of the wormhole according to Andromdan and Milky Way standards. The Civatrons were allowed to probe the wormhole and extract as much data as possible, whilst the details of the fate of their decade-long adversaries was lost to the Civatrons.
Cianju Alliance Era[]
Origins (Early Era)[]

The Cianju Alliance was the first galactic superpower in Tigris after hundreds of thousands of years.
The Alliance between Civatrons, Andross, and Juvax sparked a new age for the former, as the three governments urged to unify under a single banner and become defenders of the galaxy in case of other extragalactic threats. Like this, Master Kroc was promoted as Master of the Civatrons and Head of the now fully formed Cianju Alliance. After more than 400 years of being governed by a tribal council. the Civatrons became a unified species and embraced the Cianju Alliance with Master Kroc at the helm.

Biology[]
Physiology[]

Civatron gender comparison. Males (top) are significantly larger than females and have more tendrils that work as a mane.
Civatron biology is, in essence, bio-engineered. They are a reptilian species that was introduced by the Krass on a rainforested planet with massive hollow and subtearranean areas with massive oceans, which in turn nurtured the surface with life. Their senses adapted to withstand the high pressures of these deep-water bodies and lack of light. Their innate psionic potential manifested passively, granting them a degree of prescience when completely blind in the dark waters of the deep. Initially, they mistook this ability for night visionuntil their psionic awakening centuries later as a spacefaring civilization. These evolutionary and genetic qualities allowed the Civatrons to serve as apex predators and become the dominant species on Civa Prime.
Civatron muscles are heavily reinforced with a dense alloy of neural-dynamic, hence exotic, materials, which are deeply affected by each individual’s innate psionic capacity. The Civatrons, like all the Krassio genus, epitomize Psionic Xeno-biology, with psionic particles fused with their cells at a sub-atomic level. This unique biology is further enhanced by P-DNA, a groundbreaking genetic synthesis developed by the enigmatic Krass. The ancient progenitors also instilled their own genes when creating the Civatrons, meaning that to witness a Civatron is to witness at what a Krass would've looked like in real life.
The Civatrons exhibit binary gender diversity and sexual dimorphism, with males being larger than females. In ancient times, females laid eggs, but social progression and changes have led to a complete detachment from sexual reproduction based on physical contact. Instead, Civatrons now use artificial carriers, allowing adults to focus on a more spiritual lifestyle. This does not mean that Civatrons are not without courtship display. Despite their stoic and reserved nature, Civatrons feel physical attraction to potential mates with particular stimuli including muscle mass, scale color, and their tendrils gleaming intensely to draw attention. In ancient times, Civatrons would court in an underwater grotto with a psionic lightshow akin to bioluminescent displays.
Civatron individuals, like most Krassio, shape their scale color and overall appearance based on the perceived concept of 'Alpha'. When a Civatron stands above others hierarchically, their traits and appearance permeates unto the rest of the members within its social group. This happens even on various echelons of their perceived social unit, where a Civatron hatchling will change according to the Chief Paramount's appearance regardless of parentage, simply because their parents recognize said authoritative figure. This is why, when Civatrons claim that they descend from sixteen distinct chief paramounts, it furthers the notion that they were singularly engineered by the ancient Krass. Furthermore, this biological response to authoritative figures formed the backbone of Civatron ethnicity.
Psionics[]
See P-DNA
The Civatrons exhibit extraordinary mental capabilities, mastering the highest forms of psionic energy. Despite their psionic potential lying dormant for millions of years, their problem-solving skills surpass primitive standards, enabling them to perform multiple tasks and manage various organizational matters with exceptional efficiency. They can multitask at an unparalleled level and mentally compute tasks at speeds comparable to, or even faster than, supercomputers. Psionic energy eventually integrated into their neural pathways and psyche, enhancing their mathematical abilities and emotional experiences far beyond those of other species. This necessitated their rigorous, spartan-like mental training.
The gradual and generational growth seen in psionically attuned species is also visible in the Civatrons, only more potent by several orders of magnitude. New generations bear gifts, or Augmentations, that older generations struggled to produce or lacked entirely. This allows the Civatrons, and any other Krassio species, to interact with psionic energy on a level others cannot. What is a mysterious and foggy vision/prophecy to a seer from another species, a Civatron simply sees the vision like a physical window showing a clear picture, grasping its full revelation.
Culture[]

In the eyes of many, Civatrons are synonymous to Psionic Energy
The culture of the Civatrons is defined by three core pillars: a disciplined warrior ethos, a profound ecological stewardship, and a quest for spiritual enlightenment. These facets are deeply interwoven into their identity, shaping their worldview and their place in the cosmos.
Warrior Culture[]
Civatron culture is deeply rooted in discipline, honor, and the pursuit of martial excellence, as dictated by their revered text, The Book of Discipline. This holographic scroll outlines a moral code passed down from their legendary figure, The Valader, consisting of rules, parables, personal experiences, and even prophetic insights into the future. Civatrons adhere to these teachings to guide their conduct as warriors and to uphold their responsibility as defenders of the universe.
An essential aspect of their warrior duty is the belief that they must prepare other species for battle. Civatrons, particularly those within the Cianju Alliance, see it as their mission to share their martial expertise, often establishing training grounds and welcoming students from various species into their halls. They adapt their knowledge and techniques to the physiology of their students, ensuring that every race can maximize its potential in combat. This sense of duty contributed to the drafting of the Sentinel program within the Cianju Alliance, where Civatron masters played a pivotal role in shaping the martial doctrine of the alliance. However, this belief is not universal among all Civatrons, as the Manatran Host, a dark psionic-inclined faction of Civatrons, embraces supremacist ideals and does not share this philosophy of cross-species mentorship.

Nascent Warriors are generalist elite warriors, each bringing their own style of combat to the fray.
In the Cianju Alliance Star Command, Civatrons take pride in their role as teachers and mentors, viewing the preparation of others for war as part of their broader mission to safeguard the cosmos from the forces of chaos. Alongside the Andrudan and Juvan species, Civatrons are key contributors to the special military initiative known as the Nascent Program. This elite program brings together the finest warriors from each species to share their martial prowess and knowledge, enhancing the capabilities of the Cianju Forces. Civatrons play a vital role in this program, combining their deep experience in combat and discipline to elevate the training and strategic approaches of the alliance's military elite.
Ecological Guardianship[]
Civatrons see themselves as the defenders of the universe’s ecological balance, a role born from their self-identification as the guardians against Chaos. This duty extends far beyond their homeworld; they believe they are responsible for the health of the entire cosmos. Their ecological philosophy is closely tied to their unique mastery of Psionic Energy, which they regard as the essence that maintains order against extra-dimensional forces seeking to destabilize the universe. This sense of universal protection drives their actions, as they view their existence as not only a right but a responsibility to safeguard life and the natural order. Every Civatron sees themselves as a protector, ensuring that life in the universe thrives against the forces of entropy and chaos.

The predilect house set for a Civatron/Civatron family.
Civatrons' ecological guardianship deeply influences their lifestyle and habitation patterns, especially within the Cianju Alliance. They tend to avoid crowded urban centers, preferring to live in more secluded, natural environments where they can harmonize with nature. When duty requires them to be near heavily populated areas, Civatrons typically settle on the outskirts, where their ecological philosophy can be realized. Their homes are often designed to blend with the landscape, featuring minimalist and naturalist interiors. Access to Civatron dwellings is discreet—typically through an elevator hidden underground, a bunker-like structure, or a teleporter. The interior design echoes the cavernous worlds they favor, with organic shapes and natural materials dominating their furniture and structures.
Civatrons are particularly drawn to tropical or oceanic worlds with vast subterranean water systems, as they enjoy the interaction between caves and aquatic environments. Their homes are often integrated into these natural features, creating seamless transitions between living spaces and underground water systems. This connection to their habitat reflects their role as guardians of the cosmos and their deep respect for the natural world.
Spiritual Enlightenment[]

Civatrons hunt not only for necessity, but also as a spiritual rite.
Spirituality in Civatron culture is deeply tied to their sense of existential purpose, with a profound connection to Psionic Energy that elevates them to a near-divine status within the cosmic order. However, they believe that to maintain their moral code and remain true to their principles, they must stay grounded in the physical realm. This philosophy holds that spiritual ascension and moral integrity cannot be achieved without a strong foundation in the material world.
To this end, Civatrons actively engage in everyday chores and activities such as hunting, cultivating land, painting, writing, and physical training. These practices serve to keep their minds humble and focused, ensuring that they never lose touch with the reality of existence. While their spiritual pursuits aim for harmony with the cosmos and the refinement of psionic abilities, they recognize that true enlightenment comes from balancing both the physical and the supernatural. By grounding themselves in tangible, earthy activities, Civatrons believe they can elevate their spirits without losing their moral compass, maintaining a harmonious relationship between body and mind, and between the material and metaphysical worlds.
Social Structure[]
In ancient days, prior to the War of Ages the Civatrons were organized into a body of Tribes, which in turn elected representatives that would form a general assembly and make decisions about their race. These Tribes varied in power and influence, and after the Great Psionic War, the surviving tribes reformed to better suit their military needs.
The Chandras Upheaval proved to be devastating for the Civatron population, as the nine original tribes, or egismugals, were either eradicated or their headfigures and patriarchal authorities killed, thus rendering many Civatrons without cultural identity. With the founding of the Neo Cianju Alliance, Civatrons rallied under one single banner, founding the Souchos Tribe.

Trivia[]
- The Civatrons are the first Spore fiction ever introduced by The Valader, as well as his main fiction.
- If the Civatrons were to have an in-game Archetype, The Valader believes that they should be ecologists or knights.
