Hyshiarkaela (Paraelectra melissimorpha), also known as jekales (plural for jekalor) or Thunder Bees are an electricity-emitting cell species native to Xuz Fareh. They're mainly known for their usage in JJ-99 technology.

Thunder Bees are presumably some of the oldest living beings in the planet. After the Llurebleg discovered them around the 150 BF, the creature was used in the making of JJ-99 weapons.
Biology[]
Description[]
Thunder Bees are microscopic organisms. They have an insect-like mouth, antennae-like eyes, wing-like cillia, six thorns resembling legs on its bottom, and a stinger-like structure at the end of it's body. They are yellow with orange stripes.
Habitat[]
Thunder Bees live in bodies of water. Most of them are live in the massive underground deposits found underground in Xuz Fareh, but some of them can be found on the surface, in ponds and swamps.
Behavior[]
Thunder Bees usually live in medium-sized groups. When they feel threatened, they will use their "stinger" to release an electric charge in the water, zapping any entities in a rather large radius. They are carnivorous cells that usually feed on smaller individuals of their own species, being considered cannibalistic as a result.
Ecology[]
As microorganisms, Thunder Bees are at the bottom of the food chain in Xuz Fareh.
Taxonomy[]
Thunder Bees haven taxonomically classified as Monera belonging to the Carnitoria family. Their closest relatives might be the Doop.
Their binominal name is Paraelectra melissmorpha, with the genus name menaning similar to Doop in greek, and the epithet meaning bee-shaped in the same language.
