We seriously need to do a bot job to sort these categories out. They're a mess.
We need to sort out:
- Duplicate categories
- Change things like "navigation templates" to "navboxes", "infobox templates" to "infoboxes"
- "Maintenance templates" to "amboxes"
- Don't capitalize "Templates" in names
