After the Cataclysm and the Annihilation, much of the survivors were in a state of shock and chaos. Even though they had been saved, the destruction of nearly everything else led to a new dark age of fear and chaos.
The Xhodoctofinder, who's real name is unknown, prowls the post-apocalyptic universe hunting for his next victim. He is not a good man, he is evil, for the victims he kills are always innocent, but in the chaos after the great scourging, such wickedness can unnoticed. He instills fear among the now superstitious, rallying them to his cause.

- The Xhodoctofinder General was based on the movie, the Witchfinder General, which in turn is based on Matthew Hopkins, responisible for many witchhunts during the European witchtrials which was in duration between the 14 and 1800's.
- The Xhodoctofinder himself isn't particulary special. He has no powers, no great weapons, not much combat training. But what he does have, is wit and cunning, and is one of those people can be too convincing...
- The Xhodoctofinder rides a hoverbike, with a distinct sound that strikes terror in the people of a colony or village that hears him coming.
