Xeron is one with a mouth much bigger than his head. He speaks as if diplomatic incidents were not a thing that existed. Still, even if his behavior us less than what you would expect of a galactic ruler, the Alliance would have never gotten this far without his guidance.

- Councillor Semirian of the Zoles

Xeron is a Niaka who serves as the representative of the Niaka Special Forces in the Polar Crystal Alliance's Council. Formerly a Chief Minor, one of the highest generals of the Niaka race, Xeron is a veteran of dozens of battles who has war running through his blood, making him among the most militant of the rulers of the Alliance. Xeron's goal is to erase crime in the galaxy through force, making use of the might of the Polar Crystal Alliance to destroy all those who may pose a threat to his people and their allies' future.

History[]

Xeron was born at the Niaka homeworld of Ikkiz at 2,767 as one of twenty three siblings, their parents both marines serving under the Special Forces' extensive space navy. Fascinated with battle since an young age, Xeron spent most of his childhood training under his father before him and his siblings were old enough to be conscripted, leading them to receive their first mech suits and be assigned to their first spaceships. Spending most of his career fighting the Old Niaka Order, Xeron made himself famed in a fateful battle over the colony of Karikar, where the Seagon Empire launched a surprise attack on the warring Niaka factions, intending to destroy them both in one swift blow; only through Xeron's leadership did the Niaka forces turn around, taking down both the Seagon invaders and the Old Order forces attempting to take the colony.

Xeron was elevated to the rank of Chief Minor, the second highest position of the Special Forces, only a few years before the Second Borealis Galactic War, where he served as his people's main representative in the conflict and worked closely with Grand-Commandant Vekaron of the Zoles Imperium. Upon the declaration of the Ice Age, Xeron was picked by Chief Major Xerkea to serve as her empire's representative in the Polar Crystal Council, a position he accepted with much delight as he quickly begun formulating ways to empower the Alliance's military. His rule has been eventful due to his rather blunt attitude regarding politics as well as for a kidnapping attempt done by the Khaxvis Resurgence, which was thwarted by Chief Xerkea and Corteus.

Characteristics[]

Appearance[]

Xeron appears as an average member of the Niaka race, adorned with elegant robes to signify his position as the Councillor of the Special Forces. As a Niaka, he is by far the smallest member of the Council - barely standing up to Semirian's knees - which forces him to sit in a chair taller than those of his compatriots, as to stand at their height when speaking to diplomats or Penumbrans.

Personality[]

Perhaps the most well known of the Councillors among the galactic public, Xeron's irreverent and loud-mouthed attitude is famed across the Alliance; he is extremely keen to openly berate other individuals, from soldiers to foreign politicians, out in the open and makes his negative thoughts public to the press on purpose. To say the Special Forces has suffered from diplomatic incidents due to Xeron's attitude is a understatement, but his great knowledge of the arts of war makes him a valuable member of the Council, and even then, most Niaka admit they would likely act like Xeron if they held his position.

Abilities[]

As a Chief Minor of the Niaka race, Xeron is a highly skilled mech suit pilot with three decades of experience, fighting Seagon imperials, Wranploer bandits and other Niaka pirates. The mech suits of Chief Minors are considerably stronger than those of the average Niaka trooper, being equivalent to tanks and built to take down hordes of enemies single-handedly. Xeron himself is eager to show his skill in battle and despite his position in the Council, he has personally gone in missions in the name of the Alliance at multiple occasions, such as during the great battle of the World of Corpses.

Quotes[]

There are fine lines between warmongers and strong leaders... But it is clear to me that everything that Xeron does, he does to benefit his people as opposed to himself, even if his approach is as misguided as it is forward and clear.
