Overmaster Telfar, formerly Lumivus Telfar or Clericarch Telfar, is a former Radeon leader.

Biography[]

Telfar was born on the planet Vendespode. He was different from other Radeons who were cold and emotionless, as he could feel love and compassion. What he has seen around is the uncaring and aloof people, and he decided to change it. He became a member of Church of Spode's priesthood, and after many years, upon Clericarch's death, a council of Exarchs appointed him as a new leader. Telfar decided to rule with kind heart and just hand.

Telfar's reign was different from reign of other Radeon leaders. It was a reign of peace when Radeon society became open to the other cultures. With his help, Church of Spode joined the Seven Starr Alliance and trade routes with Rambo, Krassio and DCP were formed. This was also the time when Church of Spode was no longer a police state - now, Radeons didn't feared being cremated alive or shot. Telfar helped those in need, and adopted a Radeon child that will then become a Dei'Ar commander.

However, when Xhodocto marched on Church worlds during the War of Ages, pacifistic Telfar could not cope with it. He appointed a military admiral Tadjamad as his personal advisor. With him, Church of Spode gathered massive military forces and became able to endure Xhodocto - but at the cost of many Radeons.

During the end of War of Ages - the March of the Apocalypse - Xhodocto forces invaded Vendespode. Telfar was killed in this onslaught. However, Archmage Sethzak, a Xhodocto Commander, has decided to leave him - his soul, to be precise - alive. He was left in hell to be tortured for eternity with nightmares. Telfar was horrified as those who he loved fell to the darkness and he could not do anything.

Telfar as an Eola'Nar.

However, upon Eola'Nar rising, the forces divine have decided to free him. Telfar somehow gained new, strange powers. Defeating demons and Sethzak, he was freed from Hell and joined Eola'Nar in their cause. He participated in Second War of Black Fog as a minor commander.

Death[]

During the Annihilation, Telfar has engaged with the massive Xhodocto invasion, fighting Mali'Nar and their demon allies. Trying to save his comrades, he stood before them, sacrificing himself and using his energies to hold the wave of chaos. Ultimately, the darkness was stopped, at the cost of his life.

Characteristics[]

Personality[]

Telfar was usually kind and friendly, even to the mortals whom most of Eola'Nar despise. He was known for using his powers to save ones who were doomed and to judge the wicked - unlike other Eola'Nar, who did not care for anything but their goals. He had good humour sense and he was the one who conversates with mortals. When angered though, Telfar was ruthless and could destroy millions.

Appearance[]

As a Radeon, Telfar was frail and shivered. His fur was turning white due to the age and he had a long beard. As an Eola'Nar, he usually appeared as a black humanoid-shaped creature surrounded with the green light.

Equipment[]

As a Radeon, Telfar wore long , white robes with divine scriptures written on them. He also used two symbols of his status - the Clericarch diadem and the Scepter of Prophets. These symbols are currently held by Iovera IX

Abilities[]

Telfar did not have any unique powers as a Radeon.

As an ascended being, Telfar had massive control over organic, living matter. He could control minds of any non-sentients - virii and bacteria included. He could suck a lifeforce from both individuals and entire planets, and so he could bring life and prosperity. But his most horrifying ability was to summon servants from the grave as undead - such as the Ernai Empire whom he revived.

Quotes from himself[]

  • Welcome, the doomed.
  • I am here to save.
  • We will act together, mortal.
  • There is always a salvation.
  • Beautiful!
  • Arrrgh! Die, mortal!
