Personality[]

Use overwhelming force to crush them, then show mercy and leave them to rebuild.

- Diplomat Fangar, during the Revolutionary War of Nikkin

Fangar believes in using absolute power to defeat your enemies, but also in allowing them to continue afterwards. When Fangar attacks, most enemies in Nikkin used to surrender, knowing he was a fair person. Now that he's a diplomate, they ask for him, as he is still a fair person. He believes in honor, keeps his word, and does his best to treat others fairly and with mercy. When in battle, he doesn't kill his enemies, he allows them to live on knowing that HE showed them mercy they would not have returned. Fangar looks at life like a game. The losers die, the winners live. He intends to win, but only to a point. When it comes down to it, he would find himself incapable of harming someone he felt didn't deserve it, regardless of what others think. He also speaks his mind. Often. And without mercy. His opinion is valuable to him, and others should heed his words, for what he says is often of great importance and always makes sense. Once, it was said of him that he could "Convince a Skyborn not to fly." which is quite the feat. He probably could at that, his ability to convince others of his opinion is vast. That's why he's a diplomat.

Abilities[]

Fangar, being a Dralar, can turn his left hand into a Machine Gun or a Sword, and use both as a club if he needs to. His right hand can be turned into a set of 5 knives, each 6in long and sharp as can be. Fangar can also access anything computerized by use of radio, direct-plug-in (DPI) and simple hacking. His ability to take control of enemy ships simply by contacting them via radio made his exploits very successful, but he prefers to use skill in battle over skill in computers (he think's it's "Cheating"). Fangar is also capable of controlling up to 153 separate bodies in combat. He can control more, but doing so causes them all to be someone slower and forces him to generalize when they do. This lot attack with swords, you lot just gun them down, you lot spin you guns like clubs, which causes them to be less effective. Still 153 is a large number of bots, considering they can each be doing and entirely different thing. Fangar's final, and favorite, ability is to take care of his kids. He believes they should be raised in a friendly, engaging environment and does everything he can to create such an environment. He often brings his family with him when he goes on Diplomatic Missions, and many of his Pride are capable pilots. On top of that, few would shoot a peaceful diplomatic ship carrying children, so he feels it is safer for them in his ship then on the ground.

Skills[]

Fangar himself is an able warrior, numbered among the Honored Warriors of the Nikkin Army, and is a former Warchief of the Nikkin Confederacy, but moved into Diplomacy after that. He can turn his left hand into a Machine Gun (and has a vast amount of ammo hidden across his body. His right hand can be turned into 5 separate knives, each of which can be used to slice someone in half (they are about 6in long each). When he runs out of ammo, Fangar can use his Machine Gun as a club or turn it into a long sword for combat. Either way, he can use it well. Besides being skilled in war, he is also skilled in strategy and diplomacy. He knows when to run (a tactical retreat), and knows when not to. His skills with words and ability to learn languages quickly make him an excellent diplomate, though his tone of voice can be somewhat... aggressive.

Pride Wenworthil[]

Pride Wenworthil is known for it's ancient lineage and vast size. By far the largest Pride in the Dralar population, they hold great influence among the wealthy and poor alike. Needless to say, they are very, very wealthy, and deeply involved in politics. With about 300 families in Pride Wenworthil, it is a dynamic and twisting network of relations, which has caused several scandals in the past. Fangar is the Pridemaster of Pride Wenworthil.

Fangar's Pride[]

Fangar's direct Pride is about 300 members strong. It contains cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, grandchildren, 2nd cousins, 3rd cousins, 4th cousins, and 5th cousins, with 6,7, and 8th cousins considered parts of other Prides. With such a massive family, it's no wonder Fangar has a small diplomatic fleet for them to live in. They work together as a single unit, and each person knows where they work. Course, the family has some issues, and there are always younger challengers to Fangar's title, but he's a strong warrior, and is expected to hold the seat of Pridemaster for many years to come. Fangar keeps them safe and happy, his fleet has everything they need. With this one fleet they could set up a breeding population on any planet they chose. His Pride is also well known for it's adoptive nature, about 1 in 10 are adopted from other families. They are more welcoming of others, and a friendlier Pride then most. Just don't insult them, they hold their honor and respect in high regard.

Fangar's Family[]

Fangar's family consists of his mate, Galan Wenworthil, a 41 year old Dralar who he met after a battle he only barely won. He was badly injured, but Galan saved his life, and they just fell in love. Fangar then has three daughters, who he says are just as amazing as his mate. His eldest daughter, Hanica, is 4 years old and already turning into quite the strategist. She has never once lost a game of jikerts against anyone. Fangar is very proud of her, and boasts about his "little genius" when among friends and enemies alike. Fangar's second daughter, Fallica, is 3 years old and already shaping up to follow her mother in medics. Fallica is a wonderful little girl who loves to help thing get better, and has a green thumb to boot. It's as if her just being there makes things grow and heal better. She usually works with her mother in the medical center of the ship. Jaman, Fangar's youngest daughter, is a real fighter. 2 years old and already skilled in hand combat, equal to boys her age and girls older then her. She is (secretly) his favorite daughter, though he would never say so in front of anyone except as a joke. He is also expecting a 4th child, but it's too soon to tell if it will be a boy or a girl.

Fangar's Fleet[]

Fangar has a small diplomatic fleet, 17 ships in size. The largest of the ships is a fully operational [ Nova]. Then there are 4 fully operational [ Carraches], 5 fully operational [ Schooners], 6 fully operational [ Sloops] and of course 1 fully operational [ Tender]. It's a decent sized fleet, with quite the firepower. With it, Fangar could destroy and entire planet, or easily defend himself and his Pride from attack. All of the ships are fully stocked with ammo and fully crewed by his Pride (all 300 members or so live there) and isn't something to mess with. Being a diplomatic fleet, however, they carry the white flag of peace and are not to be attacked. Attacking the fleet would be considered a declaration of war on the entire Nikkin Confederacy, and is not advisable.
