The Armashlis is a Maxis-made creature, present in the final game. They are very large, sad-looking, complex creatures.
When in combat, the Armashlis is adept at charging and dazing the opponent. If it decides to fight, they are also powerful at biting. Their horns give them more health than normal, as well.
When socializing, they are adept at singing. They are also great charmers and excellent at dancing.
