I believe that I have learnt what I have done wrong within the taxonomy project, and I think I should be allowed to classify my own creatures. I will make sure that the classifications are correct, and will remove creatures that others think are incorrectly classified. I will also make sure to discuss any of my creatures that currently do not fit into any current family. I will also check the entire project, at least once a month, to find cases of bad genus names, and correct them.

Well if the Geraster evolved its features independently from all other animals, it could have been literally anything with a simple larval stage

Its limbs are derived from the arms you can very clearly see on actual starfish larvae. That's why it has a long one sticking over its head.

So why did they all develop eyes, and why are there only 5?

It has several more arms that are reduced and placed near the back of the body. The eyes are present on the ones that are not developmentally reduced, and are based on the positions of eyes in actual starfish.

Brachiolaria, from what I have read, do not have eyes on their arms

That is not to say genes cannot activate that cause eyes to appear on their arms, however.

While it is possible for a brachiolaria to develop eyes on their front arm, this would likely require a rather sudden leap in their evolution, and would also likely lead to other adaptations such as a mouth through the front arm, and multiple eyes. It would take a further leap to place eyes on the feet, which is highly unlikely, seeing as this has not happened in other species where extra eyes can be achieved by copying a gene in the wrong place

Did I say somewhere that this is evolving in any less than 100 million years? Because this is not an OurFoodChain species review or something.
The eyes on its feet are due to homology. Those are developed arms too. And there is no evidence that it did not have some evolutionary reason to keep its mouth lower while it used its front arm as a sort of periscope. There are real animals with a similar setup, where the actual mouth is on the "chest" or "belly" while the eyes and other sensory organs are on a head-like appendage.
Also, this is literally a made-up creature on the spore wiki of all places. Not dead-serious rock-hard speculative evolution.

If the Geraster's legs are both starfish limbs and brachiolaria limbs, it would either need a macromutation greater than what was predicted in saltationist theories, or a smaller macromutation as well as the gradual return of lost structures without much good reason
